The front staff and their attitude is very bad, clearly evident from the service and quality of the drinks they make,As i know Tim.Hortons values their customers, I took a step ahead to speak to the manager about how bad the drink was and he was really polite, apologetic and nice, he not only took back the drink to show it as a proof to speak to his staff but also made a fresh one for me by himself.4 stars for the managers professionalism

Coffee doesn’t have right amount of creamNot sure whether they are trying to save money?Bagel is burnt, totally disappointed, this actually repeated and I let it slide earlier but not acceptable to repeat, please educate the staffs to toast the bagel correctly and add some butter it’s kind of dry with out butter, it’s a total waste of money

I often drive-thru here. It is located in a great place. The drive-thru sometimes gets stuck with traffic from different sides and sometimes the drive-thru is busy but worth waiting. I have tried ice caps, doughnuts, muffins, honey dips here. Good customer service. It also has parking and washroom. Thank you:)

Always busy, always short staffed. It is so busy that the people working here don't want to greet or smile. It's sad how they do not have highchair for kids. Will need highchair if dining area is open.

Very poor service at this location, getting tired of them getting my order incorrect, the last time I went I was checking my order before driving off only to have an employee constantly telling me to drive off because l was holding up the line. I have spoken to the store manager numerous times and she just puts on an act that she cares but gets nothing done to fix the problem, until they do something to better serve their customers I have refused to go to this location anymore. I have already shared my poor customer experience with my family and friends.

I am writing to express my concerns regarding an incident happened with me at this Tim Hortons 7330 markham road. Recently, I came across an unfortunate situation where i was trained without receiving any compensation and was subsequently given minimal training and shifts(only 6 hours in 2 weeks) also they didn’t provided me my clock-in employee number and other details. I believe this matter requires attention and resolution to ensure fair treatment.I invested my time and effort in training without receiving any pay although also i have completely my training at tim’s videos and signed all of the HR documents completely.I kindly request that you review your current training and compensation policies to ensure they align with best practices in the industry. Fair compensation for training time and comprehensive training programs will not only attract dedicated individuals to join your team but also result in a motivated and skilled workforce that positively impacts the overall customer experience.

Cleanliness was absolutely disgusting. Bathrooms look like they never received any attention. When brought to employee attention he chuckled and said, I know. Employee then dropped all the cups on the ground and picked them up and used then again. Will never return to this location.
