Kanga Aussie Meat Pies

Eat a warm ready pie or buy a box of frozen pies to take home. Delicious food, helpful staff, and wonderful concept.

Grabbed a traditional pie on my way to the subway station after work. DE-licious. So many different varieties, will definitely be back to try the others!

They recommended lots of options for us.Food/Menu/Pricing?The food was good. It was heavy because it was a lot of carbs obviously but the filling was super tasty. The flavours are fun and make you curious to try everything. The pies are small and mighty haha Don't be fooled if you're full after one. We got the beef one and chicken. Both were good. The nutella chocolate pie was so sweet

The pies taste okay but the ratio of pastry to filling is way off. $7 for 2-3 bite pies with barely any filling is too much.

Super friendly staff and the pies were great. I was staring at the fridge trying to decide and the employee told me I could choose my own box of four.

These pies are amazing and the location is so convenient on my way to St.Andrew station. I had the lunch special with a creamy zucchini pie and salad and both were delicious! Highly recommend to anyone who is looking for a new and exciting lunch spot

Picked up a Kangaroo Box for $10.50+taxes where you get a choice of pie, a roll and a side. As this was was for my daughter, these are a combination of her and my views.Most Kangas are a hole in the wall which suits me fine and perhaps their business model as well. When you pass by the stores you can smell the sweet smell of butter which does a trick on your stomach.Went for a Zucchini Pie, a Spinach and Feta roll and mushed peas for the side. The Pie was creamy however the zucchini didn’t go quite as well with the creamy sauce within it. The pastry super rich and baked perfectly. The Spinach And Feta was the best. Small in size and perfect for a snack. The combination in the roll was great. The mushed peas are not popular I know and it met the expectations of why people not liking it. Perhaps Dried Peas with perhaps no salt or seasonings, it did little to add elevate the box.

Great pies, with or without meat, and tasty sides at reasonable prices. Fun food at any time.
