PH Nails Spa

Absolutely disgusted in the price jump! I went in for a solar fill! 40 dollars with 1 broken nail!!!!!I have paid 55 dollars on 3 different occasion having my nails filled with a design and today they tried to charge me 75 dollars! I wouldn't call what I had done a design and the length of my nails has been the same prior to all 3 visits!I will never be back and I advise you to double check the price prior to your visit. clearly they like to charge what they please and having a price list is pointless.They argued with me about the price finding every excuse to make the price seem viable! However they agreed to charge me 60 which is still un fair considering my prior visits since Christmas all being the same price with zero change to what was done with my nails today.Thank you for making my day so wonderful.

Great customer service, very friendly staff! Have had multiple pedicures and full set of nails put on. I never use to get nails put on because I was never satisfied with the shape I would get from other places. The staff at PH really listened to what I wanted and did exactly what I had in mind.The pedicures are amazing, love the different spa options!! Paired with someone doing my nails at the same time makes me feel truly pampered :) I also appreciate their efficiency while maintaining quality work…as a working mom, I don’t get much free time.They are also very accommodating when making appointments. Thank you so much! I’ll be back in a few weeks for my fill!

I love this SALON so much. Ange, Mandy. Helen and Peter and Alex are very professional. Ange did my pedicure and manicure a few times already. she is new but WOW she is excellent @ what she does. Alex did some design for me. Helen and Peter did bio gel for me a few times as well. and Mandy did my eyebrow. OVERALL this salon is amazing. this is my GO TO nail salon in wasaga.

I was there yesterday with my nieces bridal party…they were prepared when we got there…everyone was done very quickly and the work was fine…this is not my regular salon and I will not go back here because just like at my regular salon they know some people and they put more effort into the repeat clientele which I guess I understand but just don’t go expecting a super welcoming staff.My sister(mother of the bride) wanted a design on her French manicure and the guy said simple is better and did not do what she asked. She was really disappointed with that. I actually feel bad for her…but a regular customer was waiting for him and he prioritized the regular.This place was suggested by one of the bridesmaids so we all went…but I would say this place lacks customer service but they are fast in what they do!

The technicians do such a great job! Great prices and walkins welcome!!Clean and comfortable!

Had an amazing experience at PH nails!! Very welcoming place and fun energetic atmosphere. I've now had my nails done by two of the workers and I'm so happy with the results.

Incredible talent at this salon! No matter what nail design or request I bring to try, they always exceed my expectations!! Customer service is wonderful. So grateful for the incredible staff here and services they provide.

I would not recommend this place to a friend. My experience was just okay, I didn’t have to wait too long for someone to begin my manicure, however, when the lady was doing my nails it seemed like she was rushing and in a hurry to see another customer. The acrylic nails that I got began to chip after not even one week from the day I got them done. The polish was not wrapped on the tip of my nails so they chipped very easily and looked messy. The glue that sticks the nails on was flaking off on the edges and pooled under the tip of my nails.
