There must be more than 1 bad reviews about this branch. They dont offer any teller service and dont do anything beside chatting around among themselves.Not sure what's the purpose of this kind of no teller service branch but I'm avoiding this company after multiple incidents they tries upselling me for using their ATM.

Dina is very helpful all the time whenever i needed so far. taking care of my account and let me know when they have good rate. i can trust her. Thank you.

I had great experience here. Very helpful staff. Dina Soboutizanjani and Sina Asgari helped me figure everything out. Always got back to me as soon as possible. Both of them with vast knowledge of their field. They went above and beyond to make everything work for me the way I wanted.Also other staff here were very friendly and helful.

Due to the COVID-19 situation I did not actually go in branch this last time, but interacted with staff here over the phone. I just wanted to say I really appreciate how easy it is to reach someone at G&F right now versus my experience waiting on the line to speak to reps at large banks. And of course, they were also very polite and helpful.

Easiest bank I open an account in my life. Dina helped me to get it done within a blink of an eye. She asked me for few documents that I sent her through text (not even hard copy) the next day she called me to sign some documents and gave me my debit card with a lot of gifts. Also she helped me apply for credit card. I couldn’t ask for easier way. I’m so happy I’m part of the G&F group. Thanks to Dina.
