Perfect Shoe Repair

The guy behind the counter was very friendly and cheerful. The soles of my boots were looking new after he repaired them. I also love that he remembered my name when I came to pick up my boots the next day even though it was my first time going there.

I recently got a puppy and she chewed the backing of my running shoe up. I brought my shoe into Perfect Shoe Repair on Monday around 5:30 and had it back by Tuesday at noon. To say I was impressed is an understatement!My shoe looks almost good as new, they replaced the shoe lace, and even gave me a second lace so my other shoe had a matching one. The gentleman who took care of me was friendly and personable and their service was exceptional and quick.I will definitely return should I require any repairs in the future. This is one of the most wonderful places in the world! The owner is one of the most wonderful people in the world! I had a pair of doc Martens that my new puppy destroyed and the top was completely ripped off. They took it and made it like new. Ive read the 1 star comments and what they said is bogus. This place is wonderful for shoe repair. When my destroyed shoes were ready I got the sweetest voice mail Like heart melting joy in his voice. A gem of a place. Ignore the 1 stars they have no idea what they are talking about.

I brought in some well loved riding boots that i had used for years. I had wanted to see if they could keep them going for a little while longer before I had to buy new ones. They repaired them so well that i used the boots for another 2 years after that with no issues! Highly recommend for any shoe repair needs!

I've gone to perfect shoe repair a few times to get cavello and veredus hoof boots repaired, and they always do a wonderful job. Anyone with horses - bring all your equine halters, bridles, field boots, hoof boots, half chaps, etc. here! They have not just repaired tears for me, but they have reinforced the boots to make them harder for my horse to break down. Always well priced and very high quality work. Highly recommend!

Customer beware!!Went there to replace a zipper in my sweater. The older man quoted it to be 70 dollars cash , parts and labour.Sounded very steep but I agreed. Payment was necessary upfront. I came to pick up my sweater and the zipper was not replaced... just the slider piece. I asked him if he replaced the entire zipper and he insisted he did. He later admitted he just replaced the sliding piece which is fine but not for $70. He insisted that is what a slider piece goes for nowadays.(whole zipper repair kit with 30 sliders of variety of sizes + pliers ,cost 18 dollars on Amazon,ca )Terrible customer service and a huge scam. Avoid at all costs.

The positive reviews are quite surprising. I have gone here twice and both times I was extremely disappointed. The first was for key cutting; the key did not work. When I returned and informed the owner he was upset with me. The second time I brought in a new pair of shoes that had a drink spilled on them. I asked if they could be cleaned and the man behind the desk was certain it was possible. I paid $35 up front only to pick up shoes in the exact same condition as when I dropped them off. He told me the drink was too sticky but would not give me a refund. Perhaps the businesses has gone down in past months. Very untrustworthy and unprofesssional.
