Went to this location to purchase some wireless Bluetooth headphones. I tried on a pair (there was a display pair) and really liked the fit and price. Asked a sales guy to help find them for me, since they weren't on the shelf. He grabbed me a pair. Paid for them. Got home, opened the package and found out that it wasn't the pair I tried on in the store. Drove back to the store, told the guy at customer service desk about their error, as well as someone in the electronics department about the issue. Know one cares. I'm sure the wrong sticker is still associated with the wrong headphones on display. They should have honored the price for the display model (Live500xb)....or at the least given me some sort of discount towards a new pair.

We bought a new TV last week, a sound bar and subwoofer. There were problems with the TV so we took it back today. The experience couldn't have gone better. Great customer service from every member of the staff who was involved. When I don't get good service I let people know but when I do I let people know as well. Couldn't be happier with Best Buy and will be back for more purchases!

Purchased an iPad case and screen protector. Asked the sales person if he could install the screen protector and he talked me out of it. Tried it myself and it broke.

Good deal but the employees made the difference. I went in to get a copy of the ps5 with god of war bundle and did not find it on the shelves, just the individual consoles and copy of the games. Asked an attendant, Adam, for help and the poor guy went from one end of the store to another trying to find any in stock. There weren’t but he came back and offered to get a console and copy of GOW to see if he could get an impromptu bundle approved, which was cleared. Left very happy and deeply appreciative of the extra work that Adam put in, made sure to get his name before leaving the store. Will definitely go back.

Trying to talk to a person was unsucessful. Tired and frustrated navigating thru their push this for that and that for this. Poor service at least for the phone contact. I don't think they have any idea how poor the service is.

I never experience in Best Buy rude customer service. I’ve been in money Best Buy in Ontario one of the bad Best Buy. Is that one I shouldn’t give you one star either but I will say zero customer service with this Best Buy. Unfortunately bad customer service very bad customer service.

I am very impressed the way Best Buy staff packed my, 3 items, pick up order in one bundle. It looks professional and easy to handle. I've order the same thing from other Best Buy. The order was given to me in 3 pieces. Whitby team great work!

Amazing place and amazing Staff. I went in to visit this location to buy a new TV and I asked an employee by the name of Dalton for some assistance in getting a new TV, and which one is the best one to get for my needs. Dalton proceeded to help me out even though he worked in a different part of the store and then called another worker over by the name of Kyle and he helped me out so much. I definitely recommend coming to this location if you want a positive experience.
