Unfortunately my experience wasn't great. Not terrible, but not great.I arranged our service many days in advance and still they were 50min late to pick up. Not the worst thing, but nothing was communicated which is not what should be expected from hiring a car service.Once they arrived, the driver was great and the vehicle was clean and accommodating.I did try to reach out to someone to talk about my experience but no response after 2weeks. Would have been nice to get an apology or an explanation. Would have been even nicer to get a credit because I did find it ironic that I got an email saying that if I leave them waiting for more than 10min, additional charges will start to be applied. The fine print should have said something like we're allowed to leave you waiting up to an hour before we start issuing credits"

Car Service Toronto is the most reliable car service I have ever used. The driver was courteous, the ride was smooth, and both the arrival and drop off occurred in a timely and prompt manner. 10/10 recommend

I organized Toronto Airport Car Service to pick up my disabled daughter at the airport (broken ankle and crutches). There was no driver to meet her upon her arrival. Had to phone the admin office to get them to get the “missing driver” to contact my daughter’s cell phone. Once contacted, my daughter had to ask the driver to meet her in the departure area to help with her suitcase. He clearly had no intention of coming in to help her, as she had to call more than once. At the Toronto airport limo drivers always meet their customers at departure area as they come out with their suitcases.. and always with a name sign. Not this car service.It get crazier... Although the limo service was prepaid, upon dropping off my daughter the driver claimed the fare was not paid and would not giver her her suitcase. The driver thought it reasonable for some reason to yell at my daughter while demanding payment. When the driver eventually phoned the dispatch office to verify my daughter’s claim of a prepaid fare, he was was told that “yes indeed” the fare had been prepaid.I strongly recommend you Do Not Use This car Service based on our experience.

From the initial online reservation, to the prompt on-time arrival and the excellent disposition and courtesy of the Khan the chauffeur was a pleasant experience to start off on a generally stressful overseas travel in the post pandemic era. I wish to make a special citation to the helpfulness of Khan, who in addition to helping me with my bags at home, also helped me in getting a cart for my bags at the airport

I was able to organize a car service at a very reasonable price. Service was impeccable- Our driver was a gentleman and made everyone feel very special on my sister's wedding day. The Car Service Toronto was very comfortable and clean and best of all the drinks were ice cold.
