We used this company to clean my father's house while he was hospitalized. They flat-out LIED about how long they were there, LIED about what they cleaned, and LIED about the deep clean" they allegedly gave each room. Yes, yes, and yes!! Had an absolute nightmare of a n emergency clean and the Service Master team cleaned it up immediately and efficiently. Chris and Doug went above and beyond and turned my nightmare right around. Ty Servicemaster!!

We had a water line break under our home and they were contracted by our insurance company for the cleanup. They removed some insulation and said they were done. The underside of our home was soaked and they never dried anything. Our house is now covered in 5 different types of mold and our floors are ruined. I asked them why it was left wet, and what were they planning on doing to fix it? The owner responded with, We don't dry dirt" and they are doing anything. I would recommend Serv-pro out of Gaylord. Service master could care less about you and your needs."

If I could them a ZERO, I would. For 4 months, I have been trying to get this company to go to my cottage to gather some personal belongings that are covered in mold, and that needed to be cleaned. At first, when this process started back in June, there were pretty good. Then, about a month later in July, when the plan changed, I could never get a hold of anyone. Always got the run around. Then, in September, after 2 months, when I called and was told that the the main guy took a leave of absence, there was no one that took over for him. Every time l called, I either got the run around, or could not get anyone to go to my house. Then a month after that, even when the main guy came back, and I personally drove 5 hours, as I live in the Metro Detroit area, to give them my house keys, they still could not communicate when they would go to my house to get my personal affects, nor did they go. So I had to waste more time, money and gas to drive 5 hours, rent a trailer, and go to my cottage and get the contents myself, as they seem incapable of doing so.

quoted us 4000 to do house clean on new build. upper end of cleaning new build is 50 cents per square foot. this is alpena. 1000 would be reasonable/high end. ridiculous.

I had fire at my home in July. The fire caused the electric to be shut off and there was no water in my house. The whole situation was VERY frustrating to me, I was also 38 weeks pregnant at that time which the smoke got me cough blood out. Those guys climbed all around my home. Brought generators and water all the way to my home and cleaned everything.. you will not believe how much they have done in that house of mine. They also communicated with my insurance and followed their protocols to make sure that everything gets done correctly. All their employees were very professional and kind, they were honest and very respectful all throughout. I would very recommend this company to my family or anyone who would be in the same situation as I was. Best of luck to you and hope all is well.
