I found them to be a reasonable, compassionate and down to earth couple providing professional towing services. They even helped me load the Motorcycle on to my trailer. Hands down I would use them again. I also found their prices extremely fair.

Service above and beyond what they needed to do and also what I expected. Professional, and quality people. Potter's looked after us over two days in difficult circumstances and took us across Southwestern Ontario with door to door service. I wouldn't hesitate to call Potter's again, thanks guys!

Just pulled us out of a ditch quickly and professionally, making sure we were safe in their cap and out of the cold. Only delayed due to helping an elderly woman who spun out just ahead of us, obviously not a problem at all. Would recommend to anyone in a tough spot.

Called at 10:30pm from the beach with a dead battery.This company arrived, and had my car running again all within 20 mins of the call.Boost was pricey, but worth it to get me out of a stressful situation.

I would give 10 stars if I could! Jenn and her husband treated us like family. Our minivan broke down on the 402 and they dropped us off to a hotel, then took our van to the local mechanic. They took care of all our CAA paperwork. Turned out our transmission was toast and we decided to turn in our van for scrap. They towed it again from the mechanic to the scrapyard and once again took care of CAA for us. Would highly recommend them to anyone!

Good cons, take vehicle when a contract towing company was available and overcharge, an issue I'll address to insurance burial of Canada and CBC. MY towing contractor tow me free of charge from campground which was only 2km away from accident. I was tow to body shop in Oakville near my house. Also no quote was given, before towing police authorize towing. Against Ontario law. I was held hostage and threaten empowerment feeds. They have dealings with CAA too.

Potter's helped us out on our way home to Detroit and the lady that showed up went above and beyond to help us get back on the road and was very friendly on top of it. Or would recommend them to anyone
