The new location by the TVP is fantastic! Great drinks, delicious food, friendly staff, cool bikes. Can't wait to try the soft serve ice cream in the summer.

I can’t say enough good things about this café. The coffee is among the best you can get in the city. They brew Pilot Coffee Roasters and baristas are well-trained. The food quality is excellent and uses lots of local ingredients. The patio is a real gem; I don’t know of any local café with such a large outdoor seating space. In addition to the café there are great bikes to check out and test ride. The staff are very knowledgeable and always willing to talk about and demo the bikes. There is also ample covered bike parking out front. Highly recommend!

Nice place and coffee. I like that one of the staff was explaining the differences bikes and cons to another client, in general the staff was very friendly. Only i was expecting a bigger cup for the coffee but it tasted good

Awesome service, really nice staff, and a great selection of bikes - both electric and conventional - right close to the parks and trails downtown so you can book a test ride and go for a short trip through downtown.

Been there for the sugar shack event but it's simply a cold breakfast with a bottle of maple syrup at the table. The brunch was served with wooden cutlery and we weren't able to cut any food from it. Coffee was cold as well.The store looks good and they have a good variety of products (I haven't check all items/prices).

As someone who favours Downtown London, this place is a godsend on most Sundays when servicing your bike is needed. With low prices, swift service and friendly atmosphere for simple repair jobs like tire flats, this place will get you back in action with a smile. The cafe portion is a welcome bonus as the ideal waiting area at least as you relax waiting.Even better, when my bike was stolen, this business generous enough to provide a used bike, albiet one they felt they could not sell, as a replacement for free. While obviously this is not a particular service everyone should expect, it still speaks so well as to the staff's character to at least their regular customers.That said, this is not the place for extensive repairs with many parts having to be on order and the selection of accessories pales against To Wheels'. In addition, while this cafe is open on Sundays, it is only available for simple repairs like flat tires which is most vexing such as on Civic Holiday weekend when my bike chain broke and I had to get my bike to Mountain Equipment Co-op in south London for this essential repair.

Very impressed. Excellent, friendly staff. Interesting, broad range of cycle products. Something for everyone. Clearly a well designed, and executed business plan. Great coffee too. Definite pit stop on our biking tours through the city. Well done.

I went a couple weeks ago and was pleasantly surprised at this gem that was located downtown but tucked away in a nice spot with a lot of greenery. The outdoor dining area was wonderful, with nice cozy chairs and umbrellas to shield the sun. I stayed for well over an hour because I enjoyed the ambience so much. The coffee was great and I also got a sandwich that was delicious. I will definitely go again while the weather is nice

Went in for a refund because a rack that I bought didn’t quite fit. There were some issues with the debit system, and they were incredibly generous while I waited. I was offered coffee, got some recommendations for tool kits, and when we eventually settled on a cash refund, I was even given a coffee mug to take home! I’ll definitely be back in the future and I will recommend to my friends as well.Thanks friends at London Bicycle Cafe!
