Some of their courier are fabulous and other are super difficult and can’t follow very basic instructions. Been super annoying when one of their couriers just dumps things in the lobby and doesn’t deliver it to your apartment door when it’s in the delivery instructions but the other courier is just great. Another thing that has happened more than once is that they don’t buzz in and just leave it on the ground outside ready to be stolen. Depends on which one you get………….
