I was extremely sceptitical at first was trying to talk myself out of it but with a little push from a great friend, I finally took a step in the door. It was amazing from the start. Lindsey the Trainer was very warm and welcoming. She only pushes you when you need it and is very up beat. Lindsey and Briana were very motivating and inspirational. My first experience was a Hook!

As I tell everyone who will listen, this gym has changed my life! You don't have to be worried about going to the gym and not knowing what to do when you get there.. The trainers are all amazing and are wonderful with modifying workouts based on injury. I'm down 40lbs so far, thanks to this gym and never looking back!

I signed up for a free trial and got a nice reminder 2 hours before it started. Then I drove 30 minutes using overpriced gas only to find their doors locked and phone calls ignored. Extremely annoying considering skyrocketing gas prices, I could hardly afford the drive in the first place. Building locked and empty during “open” hours and I can’t get a hold of them.

One of the best decisions I've made was to join! They are encouraging and informative! They keep strict covid rules to protect us women and allow us to keep being able to come to the gym during this pandemic! I look forward to being trained each day! Thanks Chilliwack 30 min hit! #hitbuddies
