My partner and I are very thankful for the service that Sam provided. We had water damage to a structural beam in our house discovered during a window renovation. We very quickly had a new beam specified for the space and drawings marked up for the city building permits. She was practical, quick and flexible. Our builder who did the installation was also impressed. Made the whole nightmare situation pretty easy. Highly recommended!
