We had been to some of Pinnacles open houses that showcase their projects. Our decision to work with the Pinnacle Group was based on that fact that we could see the work they had done and could do. This was the selling point for us as we were impressed with their work. (Way better then looking at pictures!)It was a bonus having a designer at hand who recognized our needs (and desires!) and was able to incorporate both to our taste.There is very good communication among the Pinnacle project leaders and the trades. Changes are managed effectively. We were impressed by the quality of the work, in particular the details of the tile and the cabinetry. Our renovation project met both our needs and desires. The design and construction resulted in a more modern, uplifting and functional home. I would recommend the Pinnacle Group because they are a reputable company and their staff are pleasant to work with. They are professional and take pride in their work. I experienced situations where they went above and beyond for us. If problems came up, they resolved them. They are great to work with.

We found starting a reno to be a a daunting task, and needed some experience and advice to help guide us, both on design and affordability. We know what we like but aren’t the kind of people who read home and interior design magazines, and couldn’t easily describe what we wanted. We knew we wanted all aspects of our reno to work together., but where to start? At the beginning of our Pinnacle project, we filled in a project DNA form to define what we wanted. That process, and subsequent discussions with Pinnacle allowed us to get everything determined in the beginning, and fully understand all aspects of the reno and the cost considerations for the options we were considering. They did a really good job at the front end design stage. Once we moved into scheduling and execution, they demonstrated that they have the expertise and knowledge to implement and manage a project. They started and completed the project on time, and delivered the full reno package that we wanted. They’re a “full package” team who were great to work with and clearly knew how to execute a reno project from concept to final product.

We recently completed our 2nd project with Pinnacle, a major one involving all of our bathrooms and most of our flooring. Everyone we worked with, from designer Eugenia, the project manager Brandon, to founder & CEO Paul, and everyone onsite, was always a great combination of friendly and professional. The work went smoothly with a minimum number of unexpected hitches, which were handled with creative and competent problem-solving. They complemented our design preferences with their own fantastic suggestions, and we love the end result! They do high quality work and the whole process was very low stress, especially for a big project. We appreciate everything they did and would highly recommend Pinnacle!

My wife and I just finished a kitchen renovation and are very pleased with the result. We found Pinnacle to be very personable and professional throughout the entire project. The trades people were very skilled, willing to make adjustments and very friendly. The designer Joanna was fantastic in selecting the right colour and style combination of cabinets, wall paint, backsplash and countertops that we wanted. The site supervisor Mike was very accomodating, great to work with, managed the schedule in a timely manner and added a lot of extra finishing touches. We highly recommend Pinnacle for renovation projects.

Pinnacle was responsive, professional, and did truly excellent work. I'm a wheelchair user and I moved into a new home that needed a few adjustments for accessibility. Not only did Pinnacle respond to my questions right away, but they understood the need and the time crunch to make things usable for me. They completely the job quickly, very expertly, and without the need for me to intercede at any time. They kept me up to date on what was happening and I could trust that they would get the job done! The entire experience was truly fantastic and I would definitely recommend their services to everyone.

We built our house 22 years ago and knew that it was time for a change. We thought about moving but could not really find what we were looking for. We really love our location and our great neighbours so we decided to explore updating and making our home work better for us.We knew about the Pinnacle Group because they had completed an amazing kitchen and main floor renovation for good friends of ours. So Paul and Jami came out to give us some ideas and worked closely with us to fine tune the project. The main drive for change was the entertainment space in the basement and three very dated bathrooms, but in the end every room of our home was updated in some way.From the beginning we felt very comfortable with the team at the Pinnacle Group. We moved everything into storage, handed over our key and we were out of town during the renovation. We had FaceTime meetings for critical milestones but we trusted that Grant, Brennan, Jami or Paul would be in touch with us if there were any issues. Stephanie, Elaine and Aneeta were wonderful to deal with along the way, and Karl who does after turnover follow up does impeccable work. The entire team has been great to work with.We moved back in just over a month ago now and know we made the right decision to stay in this home. We are very happy with the work the Pinnacle Group did to update our home and would not hesitate to recommend them.

The whole Pinnacle team was very professional and really good at what they do. They present a functional and aesthetically pleasing product in a very timely matter. We love being in our new space.The greatest appreciation that I have for the Pinnacle Group is the functionality they provided to our basement. We have accessibility challenges, as we both are in wheelchairs, but now we have additional space that is both functional and beautiful thankfully to the knowledge & experience Pinnacle had for our needs. Always willing to listen & modify spaces to be barrier free to our functionality, we had complete confidence that the accessibility of our home was a top priority.Most of all, we are excited to share it with friends and family. Pinnacle has not only changed the spaces in our home, they’ve changed our lives!
