Me and my mom go every Saturday and try go threw out the week if we can.. great prices and they got really good food for a bingo place..workers make you feel right at home and I just love it..

It was my first time playing bingo on paper, and I was very lost. The staff stopped to explain things to me, and I was grateful. I had a great time!

Friendly people and staff. Bingo Barn is a fun place to play! I haven't won yet, but I had a great time. I like it because I can go alone and still have fun!

Literally the best date night idea…if you’re new to bingo, just sit down, accept the cringe, and ask the locals. Everyone’s always super friendly!

The callers are good, but Ken is often grumpy and sometimes mean to the volunteers and that sucks. Chris is very knowledgeable, friendly, and quick. I think he can fix anything. The food is getting quite expensive and most of the time not worth it, but it's nice to have when you're hungry. I shouldn't complain, food is expensive.They are calling the numbers way faster now for all bingo games. Balls takes up so much time. It just doesn't even feel like the bingo experience anymore.Tonight might have been worse for the balls because it was a playoff night and they were stuck with mostly horse down races for balls due to a delay in shipping so it wasn't changing up. There were a lot of ball winners at once which was very annoying for people that weren't playing balls.All in all I still enjoy that hall the most, and I won a few times so that's always fun. However, it seems like even if you win a few times it's hard to profit anything unless you hit a big pot or special game.Just being honest

Absolutely appalled at the customer service I received tonight. I go to Bingo barn quite a bit, typically on Saturday or Sunday for late night due to my schedule. I play in hall religiously even though it's vbingo, have always been told it's okay when I call in about an hour before EVERY time. I typically get there at 9pm and then end up having to wait until approximately 9:30-9:45 when they finish count from the previous game and reopen the tils to be able to purchase my bingo sheets. This time I decided I would get there at 9:30 so I do not have to wait an entire hour for it to start at 10pm. We'll, I walked in and asked about purchasing bingo sheets and was met with one of the rudest, most condescending customer service staff I have ever met. She rolled her eyes at me and gave me a snarly attitude and scowl while answering every one of my questions. She refused to sell me any sheets and when I explained my previous experiences as to why I showed up later she told me that wasn't true! And then she proceeded to tell me I never spoke with anybody to ask if I could sit in hall as that is Fridays only, even though there were 3 other people in there with their bingo sheets ready to play. I also have a screenshot of my phone call and receipts from everytime I've been there showing they have NEVER taken payment from me before 9:30pm. So not only was I treated like an inconvenience to her, I was also called a liar and talked to like I was stupid. I am beyond disgusted and have no plans on returning to this facility.

Went there tonight and was extremely disappointed. The whole session there was absolutely no winners in the hall. Every winner was online. Personally online should be not be held on a weekend. People go for the winning and atmosphere and there was none. We will continue to go to grey eagle as at least we get to hear bingo being called. One good thing was corn fritters.

Bingo hall is great even although I didn't win anything the only down fall is that the caller is fast unless you know what you are doing. But it was fun!

Had fun, didn't win much but overall place was clean although sanitizer station in bathroom was empty. Food looked really good but I didn't buy anything ate before I went. I was a little lost on the games as it has been years since I've gone to bingo so gad to keep asking others which games were to be played the caller wasn't speaking slow enough or clear enough to understand what was being played and he called to quickly ( could of been because we were newcomers again) wound up playing cards on wrong games twice. But overall we had fun and will go again.
