I have been seeing Lynette and Tianna for several years now. My hair and face have never felt better. They made me look amazing on my wedding day and I'm thankful that I could rely on them for always doing an amazing job. I refuse to go elsewhere, I'm very picky when it comes to my hair or facials, and they meet the mark for me.

I had waxing apt for half legs and full arms(including underarms) at 3:15 with Raunde and she was in so much rush and missing patches as well not very polite to be honest. I have asked her when are we doing the under arms, she told me up on my face that “i don’t have time for that, i don’t even have time for this apt because i have customer at 4:15”. Like seriously?? I felt this offensive and take it as racism. She mentioned you have apt for half legs and half arms but still i did full arms OMG. Then Bianca was there for rescue, she was very nice and sweet but first impression has been ruined.

Can’t say enough positive things about this salon! Took a chance about 1-year-ago and it is the best thing I ever did!! My hair was in terrible shape from years of over processing and sub-optimal stylists. With the patience and guidance of Sarah Marie my hair is healthy, strong, long and in good enough condition now that I actually have been able to do highlights!! Wish I would have known about this amazing salon a long time ago! Can’t wait to try their spa services as well!! Thank-you Sara Marie and Essentique!!

My mom went for hair colouring(root touch up), Cheryl booked her for 7:30PM.Her service was started at 7:45PM made her wait for 15min and they rushed through her colouring as the Salon closes at 8PM and The stylist wasn’t gentle with with mom hair , pulled apart lot of her hair and the stylist was super rude when asked about delay in starting service and did a very unprofessional service.I definitely don’t recommend.

My hair trim itself was decent. I just had a terrible experience with my colour and highlights and then the styling. My highlights look like my hair was just dipped in bleach. I have a straight line on my right side and no blending. My stylist parted my hair in the middle and I told her where I actually part it and it didn’t even come close so now my highlights look off balance. Then I requested no hair spray as it makes my hair fall flat but she put it in anyways and my hair was hard and flat by the time I got home. Everything was a sales pitch which I did not appreciate. It was my first hair colouring since pre Covid and I just wanted a relaxing experience. For a $250 + tip experience, I was very disappointed. Will not be returning.
