The UPS Store

I have never experienced such horrible service. Absolutely useless. I had a printer under warranty that provided a return label as they would pay for the return shipping thru Ups. Called Ups on a Friday for pickup. They said they would come on Monday between 9:00 to 1:00 pm. I Called them at 1:00 & he said if I could wait another 1/2 hour they would pickup. I waited till 2:00pm called them back & told them I had to leave but would leave package in breezeway for pickup. Got home @ 4:30 it was still there. Called again & was told they pickup till 7:00pm & would pickup. No one came. Returned home from work next day @ 4:30 & called. Arranged for pickup following morning 9:00 - 1:00. No show. Got home at 4:30 & called again. Again said would pickup that evening. Never showed. This is now Friday again & still no pickup after numerous calls & empty promises. What does one need to do to motivate this company to respect others time & provide some semblance of customer service????

The ups store was very easy to find in Vernon, and the two ladies that helped me were great, they went way above to help me and were very fast in preparing my parcel for shipping, thank you for the great experience.

I have no issue with the specific individuals at this store, my issue is with how incompetent UPS is in general, their horrendous customer service, and I highly advise everyone to ship with pretty much any other shipping service provider.We paid a significant price to ship a homemade Christmas package (hand written letters in calligraphy, paintings from kids, letters from kids, hand-made story from kids) to my sister in Ireland. We were assured they would arrive by Christmas. Once the package got to Ireland they were unable to deliver it for various reasons that seemed to change daily. Over the next three months I have called UPS around 15 times to figure out why the package is sitting in the warehouse in Ireland. Every time I called, someone brushed me off saying I will personally look into this and we will contact you within two days". No one ever contacted me. The exact same thing happened again and again and again. At one point I demanded to talk to a manager

Arrived at the Ups store from out of town @ 2:45 pm. Website said store was open, Joanne refused to send my parcel because she shut down her till & was going home. This company is a joke! Go elsewhere!

Horrible!!Horrible!Horrible! use another courier service! This company lost a very valuable package of mine, Melanie on the phone hung up on me & Joanne (at the store) refused to try to track my package, she was more interested in discussing her family issues with another customer. If you want your stuff delivered choose a different company seriously. Go online check out the news story todays date, UPS lost the bank draft an Ontario Company sent for a down payment on a house. Mistakes happen but this company takes no accountant ability to make things right.

The staff here really go above and beyond. When I was sending out my used iPhone and remembered later in the day that I forgot to remove SIM card, Joanne sprang into action. When the truck came back she found my package, opened it, removed my SIM, resealed package so it went out with the truck. She even went as far as inserting SIM in my new phone for me. A very stressful situation was turned into a very grateful and happy customer experience. Thanks UPS and Joanne!!!!

I personally, would rather use ups for all my shipments due to the service I recieve at the Vernon location. All the people who work there are super friendly and easy to get along with. They are never forget to send me an email showing what was dropped off. Today I went in for passport pics and the person working was so fast! A customer who was a bit irate with having to pay duties and brokerage fee came in, and she handled it top notch. My son was with me and when we got to the car, he mentioned how well she handled a mad customer. Thanks for everything!! Keep up the amazing work.

Tanya went above and beyond for us today when we went in to send a package to the US. She was extremely knowledgeable about customs requirements, transportation routes and made sure our item was well packaged. Thank you!

Make sure package is delivered to the correct address! My package from Costco was delivered to a wrong address! Luckily the person was honest and brought me my package!

The store would not release my package because my drivers license didnt have my stores address on it. They then did not respond to the request from UPS customer service to have it redelivered to my store. I made 2 requests as they didn't send it the first time. Now the package is further away in Kelowna and ill be lucky to get my package 3 weeks later. Been using UPS for years with only minor issues, will definitely be finding another shipper for our business.
