Gordon staff is always friendly and helpful. Great company and customer service! We love that it’s a family company. Our RO water filtration system has been great and we just had a new water softener installed. Great experience!

I'm a new customer that tried to call and pay my invoice. Waited on hold for 11 minutes before someone answered. Then I was told that they had to transfer me to the billing department, which just went to someone voicemail that said I'm not answering the phone right now, leave a message.I am not impressed.

Had a great experience today. Micah came and fixed our water softener in no time! He went out of his way to make sure we were taken care of which was much appreciated—a big thanks to Micah and Gordon water systems!

Terry at Gordon Water makes the world a much better place! I have never recieved such exceptional service from quite literally anyone.Water is life! Terry brings life right to my front door. Which actually wasn't always an easy task. This man carried 5 gallon water jugs up three flights of stairs for 2 years. After an unexpected move to a third floor I didn't think anyone would deliver to me. Then there was Terry. Who made me feel as if it was no big deal and it was his pleasure to do that for me. He saved me so much time, and actual physical pain. Luckily there are no longer stairs that Terry has to climb. But I am still a needy customer. After I forgot to put my returns out on delivery day once...maybe twice. Terry took it upon himself to text me the morning of delivery every month to remind me. He is an absolute Angel.Fortunately Terry also delivered water to my work! Which meant I actually got to see him in person a few times a month. We even looked forward to water day. His presence brought light into the office. Such a fun and uplifting person. Always a huge smile, positive comments and a quick laugh! If only this world had more people like Terry.Quality water is more important than ever. Gordon Water is affordable, convenient, and obviously has outstanding customer service. They have a variety of water services. From delivering to small households to large companies. Bottles to actual filtration systems. I don't think enough people realize these services exist at affordable prices.I love my water dispenser so much! It is truly one thing that makes my life so much better. Hot cup of tea in minutes! Eco friendly by not having single water bottles. Just refill your favorite reusable bottle and go. Your kids will drink more water too! The water quality from Gordon is top notch!Thank you Terry! For being a shining star in such dark times. The customer service you provide is unmatched. My family appreciates you and everything you have and continue to do for us!

Our water from the softener has been fantastic, Micah came to help us out with some minor maintenance. He was extremely helpful and knowledgeable about the system. Highly recommend!

Our Kinetico softener was making a loud squealing sound so we wanted to make sure our system was running good. Tom came out and tested our water, tested our softener, and then educated us in various ways! Our softener is 35 years old and is what Tom described as 'near retirement'! It is still working fine but for how long he didn't know. He offered us many options but we feel the best option is to purchase a new softener. We are going to coax it to retirement because we are in a better position to make the purchase in about a year! We so very much appreciated all of Tom's expert advice and knowledge! I would highly recommend Gordon Water services to anyone looking for a great softener in their home! The 35 years having a Kinetico speaks for itself!

Cameron and Eric did an exceptional job installing the new Wow tank and existing Kinetico K5 unit I moved from my old house. Great work!

Tony was on time, courteous, considerate of our floors, and wore a mask because we requested he do so without hesitation. While doing olur annual maintenance, he discovered a defective valve and fixed it under our warranty. He worked efficiently and everything was com--leted to our satisfaction.

Cam Anderson installed our system and we are so happy with the results. I appreciated his expertise and he reassured me our set up would workout great for our new RO system. He answered all my questions and gave a great rundown on how to use and monitor the products. Overall was a great experience. I highly recommend Gordon Water Systems.
