Not a good experience with Dean in terms of customer service. He promised me a lot, deliver nothing! Just took the money, even did not replied to my text after! I won't go back and won´t recommend to anybody.

Dean seem to be a reasonable man so I hired him to help me with my problem all I got from him was he believed the police report and that was it. He also kept the $500 I paid him.

I've been using Dean for years. Hes always fairly priced and has saved me from many tickets. He just called me this morning and told me some amazing news as he had a high speed ticket tossed out due to lack of evidence from the cop. Highly recommend Dean's superior service. Was in a situation where was pulled over for a fishing expedition, as it appeared. Dean was not only able to have the points removed, but the charge changed and fine drastically lowered. Very much appreciate the service as I was in the middle of a flood renovation and had enough stress on my plate already. Well worth the small fee. Thanks again!

Above and Beyond service! Dean worked on my case for a year and ended up saving me from hefty fines and a lost license. This experience was new and very overwhelming for me. I had no idea how fighting a ticket works and how it’s done. Dean took over the situation and promised to make everything better. He told me numerous times to stop worrying. I wish I would have listen to him and stop worrying because Dean delivered the promise: Everything got taking care of for me. TRUST HIM. He knows what he’s doing.
