This business offers repairs to your blinds which I assumed would be done in your house. I’m told I must bring my blind to his home for the repairs. Won’t recommend or purchase from this business. As I see from other reviews the customer service stinks. Looking at the newest reviews 4 have been given by friends and her husband and a review done by herself.

Bad experienceI had installed blind that I did not want and Tommy does not take my calls to replace it with the kind I actually wanted.He spent 45min in my house where I explained which kind I wanted, just 1 blind for 1 window, he took order, 3 weeks later brought blind that I specifically told that I did not want. He does not want to respect the deal saying that I have what I wanted and they do not have customer satisfaction policy.

WHAT A MISTAKE!!!! Customer satisfaction is not their priority!! I am a small business owner and wanted to support this small business but unfortunately it did not go well. I paid $1000 for three arch window shades that looked horrible upon installing. Vanessa installing the shade told me that once the sun hits the window they will stretch and look perfect. We had a few sunny days and that never happened. The problem was the measurements and the very poor sewing job which she admitted and agreed on. I asked her to adjust it and after several attempts she failed to do so. She came back and took them off my windows to see what could be done. Unfortunately they could not be fixed. They were measured wrong in the first place because no template was made. She then offered me $500 refund but no product. So now I’m out $500 and no product to show for it. That is not how you conduct business and customer satisfaction. I will now have to pursue this matter in small claims court. Do yourself a favour and stay away!!!

Blind installation. Courteous, efficient, on time, excellent product. Very personable owner. Will do business again in the near future.

My friend used “just blinds” as she is a small business owner and wanted to give another small local business some work.She spend $1000 on 3 small blinds and the sewing and the fit was awful.She wanted her money back in full but instead they gave her $500 and they kept the blinds.What are they going to do with these blinds well most likely use them on a smaller window in the future .She paid for those blinds in full therefore they are hers. If they would have given her a full refund then keeping the blinds makes sense.The sewing was so bad Vanessa agreed.Stay away from this business

Tommy the owner seems like a nice guy. but doesnt own up to his mistakes. at first i ordered 9 windows for a little under 1200. i also added 2 more to the order. a year went by we ordered 2 more blinds the price went up dramatically. $350 for 2 blinds. he said it was because it was on sale before. So i understood. than he sent his Daughter who is very plesent and efficient worker. if this was about her i would rate a 5*. however after install i noticed that the blinds were different than the rest. His mistake or maybe he did it on purpose. all i know is when i brought it to his attention he said it was my fault and i would have to pay an extra $100 per blind with discount. thats $550 for two blinds. I payed $133 per blind when i got my home done. This man though he is a nice guy does not take responsibility for his mistkes once he has you money. be aware!
