We reached out to EngSpect to evaluate a load bearing wall we wanted to take down. Riad was very quick to respond and schedule a visit that worked with our schedule. He was punctual, professional, and very easy to talk to; Riad took the time to show us and explain how things would work and laid out a plan for our renovation. The plans were then drawn up and provided in a very timely manner and we were able to move forward with our project with no delays. We are currently renting a home, and we recently noticed some extensive cracking in the foundation, and so we contacted the landlord. And he called EngSpect. For the first time in a while, we had all our questions answered and gave us the sense of direction needed to fix the issue. A gentleman named Riad was helping us. Wanted a secondary inspection prior to purchase and we were so fortunate to find Riad.
