Edin was an absolute pleasure to work with. His work is meticulous and he goes the extra mile to ensure that the customer is informed and happy. Edin installed pot lights, pendant lights, and under-counter lighting in our kitchen and did a spectacular job. He is friendly, professional, and knows his stuff. He is now our go-to electrician in Guelph and will be recommended to our friends and family.

I was very pleased with City Electric's work. Edin was great and his service was very professional and clean. Had 20 Pot Lights installed and now a 30 year old basement looks modern and elegant.What I appreciated the most is that he did not cut corners but made sure everything was done right with full safety in mind. I really respect his attitude and professionalism.

Edin showed up when he said he would, did a thorough investigation of our project, offered us options, and provided us with a quote in writing all with 24 hours (quicker I think). Edin’s pricing was competitive and reasonable. We have an old house and he upgraded our panel to 200amp.He contacted us the day before the work was scheduled to confirm he would be there and to remind us that we’d have no power during the install. Edin kept us abreast of what was happening with Hydro and dealt with them so we never had to. He finished the job on time (actually earlier then) he said for exactly the quote he had given. No extras or hidden costs.He worked with me to make sure I knew which circuit was what, and provided us with the ESA certificate the next day. He cleaned up after himself and took all the old bits with him. He even made sure our coffee maker was working before he left as he noticed it was not on.We would not hesitate to use Edin and City Electric again. It was a pleasure to deal with someone who wants to please his clients. Great job Edin and City Electric!
