March 2021. Very happy with salesman Zak Zouhair Kaab. I felt very comfortable, was under no pressure, and he took care of my concerns right away. Made the buying process very easy for me. I will definitely recommend him to my friends and family. Thanks Zak!Update May 2022 - After Sales service deplorable. Minor dent that was repaired when purchased left an unpolished finish. Spoke to body guys and they told me they didn’t do the job, outsourced to unprofessional garage on 16 ave. Luckily the owner of the small garage was there said he would fix it. Asked me to leave the car over the weekend, thankfully I didn’t, he would have taken his family joyriding all weekend. Owner halfassed the job in front me, polished the car with soap. Made it even worse, swirls all over passenger door. Salesman said he couldn’t do anything and to go back. Not a chance.Had my car washed before I went to Infiniti for an oil change thinking the guys would appreciate a clean car end of winter, they left a 3 inch scratch on the hood.Unfortunately I don’t trust this dealership and I’m afraid to bring my car. Have to say the young man at the parts or service center offered good service.I do not recommend this dealership. Advice for shoppers, negotiate and be willing to walk away, take pictures of your vehicle and inspect your car before and after service.

Excellent sales person multilingual, informed helpful accommodating. Purchased vehicle, then service department same high level of service. And this in the beginning of the social distancing, very courteous and professional.Update. Recently had car serviced, again excellent service. Brent took care of us great advice.

It is always about taking that extra step, exceeding customer expectations and making clients feel comfortable, they did this like they were doing it for themselves.*** Victor the salesman***When all other dealers turned me down without even giving a try because of my status. He encourage me to pass by their showroom and they would do the best they can and see if it works. And, yes they went up and beyond I am very grateful.****Joe the Finance Director ***He is just phenomenal, gentle, polite, professional etc He just went out of his way (according to me) to ensure I got my financing approved even when I had given up. I will still have written a positive review even if my car financing was not approved, because I was not only listen too, but an enormous effort was put into my situation, I felt extremely comfortable and I got wonderful deal. To top it all I got my car in 24hours.We get to pay for these cars, but aside from the sweet deals that makes us want these cars... imagine someone (dealer personnels) treating everything as if they are doing it for themselves.....

Excellent treatment , Mr. Zak was awesome with no rush #1 recommended. He had patience while always in communication, having the answers I needed. Great experience definitely coming back for my next purchase.

At first I had a little misunderstanding with the salesperson and ended up acquiring another vehicle from another Nissan dealership. Thing is, I really liked the first car so I came back to renegotiate. This time, the manager came to service. He exchanged both vehicles and I ended up getting the one I really liked. I recently bought a car at this dealership. I was very pleased with the service I got. I met with Zak. At first all I knew was that I wanted a car that cost less than the one I had. He took the time to sit with me and asked me a bunch of questions to really know what I was looking for. He was very courteous and professionnal and since I know nothing about cars he took the time to explain to me why one car was a better fit for me and my lifestyle than another. I am very happy with the car I got its even better then the one I had its still a small vus but with more features and I dropped my monthly payments by 20%. Thats what I call customer centric! I highly recommend Nissan Gabriel St-Leonard to anyone. I will definetly get all my cars from them from now on!

The worse service ever . Expensive and it takes more then 2h30 just to change tires for summer. 100$ just to change oil.

Definitely my favorite dealership, Zack is Amazing, the right price for the right car, this is not my first time there, I already bought two cars for me, one for my wife and also referred few friends, never disappointed. I highly recommend
