Super cute café/bubble tea located in marche de l’ouest. I was super excited to find a bubble tea close to home! Always fresh and delicious!

Came a few times before, the bubble tea’s average compared to other places. the service is not good at all. the workers are rude and there’s a lack of customer service. Will not be coming back.

Unbelievably tasty, definitely coming back! Can't believe I just recently discovered this place. Had a black tea and peach oolong both with tapioca.

The coffee place in Marché de L'Ouest. So parking is readily available, and lots of other things you can accomplish. Pleasant, good coffee, frequent flyer card. Also has bubble tea (didn't try)

I live in the West island, i was craving for a bubbletea. The closest one was this place through Ubereats, so I have decided to give them a chance to impress me ( I am usually very picky where I get my bubbleteas especially their name didnt sound asian) but they did impress me!I ordered a green tea passion fruit with tapiocas + litchy jellysI just loved it! Way better than I thought!For sure you will be my go-to place, will order again

Finally, a bubble tea place close to home. An after school treat for my kids, Passion Fruit with Mango Popping Bubbles. Great place, friendly service. #supportlocal

Always amazing customer service. Very friendly worker. Great flavours. Price is slightly cheaper than any other bubbletea stores.Only con: They don't open early enough for my bubbletea craving.Highly recommend to all MTL'ers

I would have given it 5 however, after going there and being able to get two - three fillings. I’ve getting the same thing x 3 for the past one year or so. The last time we went, I was told it’s impossible and that I was charged. I explained to the cashier that I paid around $15 and never saw a surplus. He’s basically telling me that it’s impossible. I know I was not charged extra as I always check my invoice. Aside that, the kids live going there. And they give coupons and loyalty pints/ cards for freebies.

As someone who doesn’t drive and lives on the western part of the island it’s really difficult to find good bubble tea that delivers. Coucou café was a chance discovery and I never looked back. Their fruity milk teas are fantastic and the coconut and taro flavours are always huge winners in my household. Thank you for allowing me to satisfy my craving without needing to take public transit!
