Overpriced. Staff don't like their job because any questions are a waste of their time. Ask where you can get items, they send you to another city with no validation that the place has what you are looking for.

A decent sized shop for a mall shop has most major titles and lots of stuff

The employee that helped me was very knowledgeable in what I was looking for. It's always such a great environment in the store, I'd definitely recommend to anyone :)

As a longtime customer of this GameStop location for over 13 years, I can attest to their impressive selection of games, Pokemon cards, toys, stuffed animals, and action figures. Like all GameStop stores, they offer everything related to gaming, from the latest consoles to game cards and software.However, my experiences at this location have been hit or miss, largely dependent on the staff on duty. While some employees have been incredibly friendly and helpful, I have also encountered challenges with customer service in the past. Unfortunately, there have been instances where staff members have been rude and uninterested in assisting customers.As a suggestion, it would be beneficial for the store to establish a standard of excellence in customer service, or consider transitioning to an online-only format. Despite these occasional lapses in service, I will continue to shop here due to their great selection and convenience.

Staff gave me the wrong open hours. I wasted 2 and a half hours driving up to get my pre purchase. Then when I drove up the next day I found out they didn't even have the pre purchase gifts leftEdit: I actually confirmed to times the staff member who called me told me twice. He insisted they were open until 8pm even though google said 6. I arrived at exactly 6pm and was denied.

I can (and have) spent way too much money in here. The staff are always friendly and up for nerdy discussions about the latest and greatest games. They have a good selection of Pokemon TCG among others. Nintendo, Playstation, Xbox, you name it. One of my favorite stores in the mall!

Best eb games !! Price is right if you have a edge card !!! Friday sales are amazing !! All the staff are amazing !! Girl with pink hair aka the head huncho of the place is amazing !!!

Um i was in here today to look over some PlayStation games. I mean if u want a older game and want it now u can pay more for it here and thats a pluse .and Lots to choose from that's a plus tooBut games are about 5$ 10$ more then other places that have sales on thier old stock... Um used games are super expensive and they dont give u much from what i can tell for your used ones but will sell your used ones for 90% of retail. Wow .. so how douse that work. Id hate to say it but bestbuy walmart london drugs even seems better for new games and games that are hate to say it but i when here for scarlet nexus amazon was 24$. If u trade a game u can get it for 24.$ other wise 35$ Lol. this isnt so friendly so probably best to check out facebook and pown shops for used games then here apreinttly lol probably wont be back. Was disappointed in that regard. But lots to check out. Pluse. Just not happy with used games prices and new games pricing of older games.
