Both Dr Abby and staff were quick and efficient. My glasses came in record time and my experience was top-notch!

Would recommend the optometrists but sadly would not recommend purchasing eyeglasses from FYI. Their prices are overly expensive and I have found their after service to be quite poor. Paid around $1300 and around a year later they are falling apart. I only ever wear them at home. A leg fell off and they put on a new one which did not match and has since fallen apart again.Update - 2 March 2023Patrick my wife returned the glasses and one of the FYI assistants was able to help resolve the issue with the frames. Thank You

Excellent service and eye care products.I was so pleased that I took my grandchildren their.Testing was through and glasses for me and my granddaughter are great, helping both of us to see better. Two of my grandchildren didn’t need glasses.Overall good experience, I would recommend FYIDOCTORS.

Nothing but stellar customer service. There was a slight error in my prescription(not their fault) & they got me back in to rectify the problem immediately. They are always on time, answer all my questions & help with suggestions for picking out a frame that works for me & my prescription. As a person who has a difficult prescription, I appreciate the staff very much!

Walking in to get my daughter glasses, walked out in an hour maybe less with fully covered beautiful glasses that she loves ❤️ so can't believe how amazing it is. But it is that quick and amazing.

Staff (Shelby especially) are kind, personable and helpful. Dr. Abigail Asirvatham is thorough, highly knowledgable and person-centered. I feel listened to and that the time is taken to answer any questions that I have. For the last 20+ years I've received 10/10 quality service. I highly recommend working with this team!

I had a darkness in my periperhal vision of one eye. I tried to get into a few local places. It felt urgent to me, but all were booked for a few weeks, including FYI. The receptionist sensed the urgency and made room for me first thing the next day regardless. The doctor confirmed a detached retina and got me into a specialist within hours who performed emergency intervention.Had I waited for one of the other local appointments, I could have had permanent vision damage.Huge kudos to the team on Mary.

Shelby is a superior optician. She is patient, very informative, offers opinions with the client in mind and is very professional with a warm personality. I would not hesitate to recommend her to everyone. I will be using her for future needs for sure.She recognized right away the ill-fitting glasses I had and offered to correct them. She showed me a number of glasses to make me look good while offering pros/cons. She made note of all the ones that I tried. When I went back she remembered me right away and with my guidance directed me to the glasses that worked for my budget and patiently went over the pros and cons of the different lens options to find something that would work for my needs within my budget.She is awesome!

I found the staff to be very helpful. I am very happy with how professional Shelby Stams service was, and she also made looking for glasses fun. My eye doctor really cared and made me feel very comfortable. I had concerns and she took them seriously! Thanks FYI!
