Never again will we rent a trailer from U-Haul. We used a trailer for 2 hours and travelled 20 kms. On top of the $85 we paid for trailer, U-Haul took it upon themselves to charge my credit card an extra $50 for fuel. Absolutely terrible customer service - shouldn't even get 1 star...
