Dealing with owner was fantastic. His cleaner and I were not communicating well owner refunded partial payment very fair.

I secured services from AJ, and the GTA Home cleaners team to clean out my apartment prior to moving out. Unfortunately, due to unforseen circumstances, the cleaning crew was delayed and was not able to make it on time for the job. However, AJ and the GTA Home cleaners team were able to react very quickly, secure new cleaners, and resolve the situation right away. It was a really stressful situation, however, AJ was very accommodating, easy to work with, and made me feel at ease. I look forward to working with this team again in the near future.In terms of cleaning itself, the cleaning crew did a phenomenal job and the apartment never looked better! It was a job well done.

GTA went above and beyond! They were able to accommodate our last minute request and kept us out of a tough spot the day before we moved into our new home. The staff was right on time, very professional, very prepared with all products and tools needed for the job and they accommodated every request we had (inside kitchen cabinets, inside fridge, etc.). When we came to the house the next morning, every room smelled very clean and fresh. The cleanliness everywhere was obvious and the price was very good for the quality of work that was done. I very highly recommend their services and will definitely use them again.
