Bouquet that I picked from the website was beautiful - a blue hydrangea and white lilies. Our friends sent us a pic to thank us - it was a spray painted hydrangea that looked less than desirable. If original flowers aren't available, then confirm a substitution rather than making a tacky adjustment.

Ordered Birthday basket for my Mom, never got delivered. Customer service helped solve problem and delivered a day late. Flowers and balloon were gorgeous but the missed delivery was a failure.

I specifically ordered the bouquet that I did because it contained hydrangeas and NO lilies. It also had a lovely vase. I got a pretty bouquet but with no hydrangeas and WITH lilies. And a generic glass vase. They were nice, but they were NOT what I ordered unfortunately.
