The level of service I received, from the moment I walked into the sales room to the day of installation, was phenomenal.This isn’t a “please leave us a review” posting. This is me needing to let the owners of the company know they’ve created a great product but more importantly a great crew of people.Ryan was my sales rep, friendly, down to earth, knew his product and gave you confidence that he’d be with you every step of way if you needed him. He was up front with what to expect, costs and delivery time (which was super fast).The receptionist was knowledgeable and efficient, got me my samples within 15 min of asking for them.Steven the templater came with loads of experience and was able to envision our very long counter idea with some suggestions to help achieve the look we wanted.But the stars of the show were the installers. Bashir and his crew (hey Diego!) were so quick, efficient, polite, and organized. I just stood back and watched the process. It was a fine oiled machine; they each had their specific job, kept busy, and kept everything clean. When I had a concern with a part of my install, Bashir allowed me to message him numerous times, and brought in his manager Ahmed to help. These guys were just the best.We are very happy with the whole process and would recommend them a 100 times over. Btw…our island is 15.5 feet long so it was a complicated install.

Really wonderful experience was had with TGI- Jennifer Curry made the whole process from initial quote, to scheduling the appointment for measurement to the final install, so easy and pain free! We LOVE our new counter so much and would definitely use this company again!

TGI was an awesome supplier to work with. Pricing, service (pre and post delivery) were outstanding. Shout-out to Jennifer @ the Merivale location. Jennifer gave us solid advice above and beyond the counter install and after answering a few questions, steered us to the stone we ended up using (Viscount White). Would highly recommend TGI to anyone looking to have counters installed.

Huge selection of products to choose from. Gina was incredibly kind, helpful and excited to help us through the process of selecting counter top and backsplash material. The installation team, Ahmed and Diego were highly skilled, professional and careful with the entire installation process. I would definitely recommend TGi Quartz and Granite for your counter top needs. Finished product is incredible

Very satisfied with the product. The only issue was that the one section of the counter was not the same colour (slightly more grey than off white). The installers asked if we were okay with it and due to the fact that we had already waited 5 weeks from the measurement and because there didn’t appear to be too much colour difference (the counters were not glued together and the lighting was not overly bright), we replied “yes”. Received a call from the manufacturer confirming our acceptance and stated that because we were unsure of the time delay we would accept it. We were told that they would “see what they could do and get back to us”, but we did not receive another call. Once they were glued together, you can definitely notice the difference in the counter.We advised the sales representative who stated that the one section came from a different batch and should not have been used. She said that she had forwarded the issue with pictures to one of the owners and said that we would be contacted by him. Never received any call or email. The sales rep stated that they would replace the counter, but have heard nothing since then (June 2022). Have resorted to covering the area that shows the difference in colour.Liz the sale rep was amazing. Not fully impressed with the owners/company's follow up on the issue.

From the moment I met Ahmad, he was very kind, professional, patient, and honest. He was also very understanding and went above and beyond to help create my dream kitchen. Ahmad and the other employees were also very punctual and detail oriented. I am very happy to have received their services and would like to thank them all for their assistance!It is for these reasons that I would like to give Ahmad and his team that came to my home from TGi Quartz And Granite one thousand stars. Anyone who would like to get granite for their kitchen done should ask for Ahmad! I would definitely recommend him and his team!

Working with TGI was fantastic, Jennifer Curry led us through all the steps and was a pleasure to work with. Our soapstone countertops look incredible and really complete our kitchen renovation. The installation team were very professional and courteous. All in all a great experience and would highly recommend.
