Worth every penny. Henry is awesome. I had a mani/pedi gel this morning. He is gentle, skilled and meticulous. I could not have had a better experience in Toronto.

New owners! Truly the best pedicure I have ever had!! Lots of exfoliating, very detailed. Nails are beautiful!!

This is my second time at this Beauty Bar. I had a Shelac manicure, regular polish Pedicure and eyebrow waxing and tinting. The service provider that I had was very respectful and accommodating. I have a couple of issues with having my cuticles and tissue around my nails cut. Also prefer not to have the sander run across my nails. She was a bit upset because she said if she didn't do those things it was not a manicure. Another lady came and calmed her down. First time having a brow wax and tint. There was some trepidation on the part of the young lady again because as someone with silver hair, it was important my brows did not come out too dark. The colour could have been left on a bit longer but with all of this, I will definitely go back. I feel once they get to know me, they will understand how I would like my services be done. All of the ladies are kind, professional and are very concerned about the customer being satisfied. All in all a great experience.

The new owners are fantastic. My favourite pedicure in town and the shellac on my toes has lasted over five weeks.

New owners have taken over & unfortunately service is suffering. I booked in for a shellac pedicure and a full acrylic set. The tech was 30 minutes late to my appointment (late as In not even at the salon). Service was not quick. When all was said and done I was in the salon for 2.5 hours for a basic shellac pedicure and acrylic set.Within 2 days the shellac literally fell off my toes, not chipped, fell off.They also are not honouring the stamp cards anymore.

I asked for a set of acrylic nails. After he finished snapping them he made me pay before he actually painted them or finished them. I thought that was odd but I didn’t want conflict and I was in the salon alone I agreed. I did not get what I asked for and when I asked for it to be changed I was told there was no more time even though there wasn’t anyone else even in the salon. Very upset with this and diss appointed I was charged 60 dollars when the service wasn’t even completed.

This salon is very clean and modern and has the most relaxing and soothing atmosphere. I had the absolute best pedicure in the world. I have never been treated so well in my life. I have recommended the Signature Pedicure to all of my friends.Wendy is amazing!I will be back soon.

I liked it when they first opened up, the staff were very friendly, offered me a drink and, they engaged in conversations with you. However, the first time I went, one of my acrylic nails were placed crooked. I tried to ignore it and hoped it was a mistake. That being said, I didn't return for 2 months. Recently, I had an appointment almost a week and a half ago and I already have a nail that completely fell off. Very disappointed that this happened so soon. Most likely will not be returning and will try and find a new nail salon.

Hello, I have been trying for a month to reach out to this salon via email, text and phone messages left; no one has returned my call. I first attended the salon in May 2022 and the service was top notch and my Biotone Nails were perfect and lasted such a long time; I was so impressed. I returned in October for a Manicure only, but they pushed for Biotone advising my nails were weak; I agreed at the time and had the service completed. It was a different atmosphere then my prior visit, I also felt I was overcharged the price we originally spoke about so I tried to contact them to find out if it was an error on their part or my own error. Then within less then two weeks the Biotone nails started to break at the top and eventually what was left over had to be removed as they were breaking, that is alot of money to spend for less then two weeks. Again I tried to reach out and no one responded. I truly wanted to support the local business, but SERVICE to customers is very important. Before I wanted to discuss this and come to an agreement, but now I would appreciate a refund. By not taking the time to contact me, as I have tried many times except for going in person. The bottom line is I probably will not return there again if this doesn't get resolved, that disappoints me.
