Patrick Brazil.I asked him to do prewarranty expiration inspection on my new house. He was very professional but very personable. I asked many questions and he answered all of them without seeming annoyed. To my dismay he found some issues that need to be addressed by the builder but I feel better knowing about them now rather than later.He took lots of pictures to support his findings and his report was very thorough. It was money well spent and I wouldn't hesitate to hire him again in the future or reccomend him to friends and family.

My husband and I used the services of Cross County Home Inspection University Place a couple of times when looking for a home and were very happy with how thorough Patrick was in inspecting and assessing homes. Patrick examined every part of the home in detail and always found time to explain what he was doing, what he was looking for and what he found.Looking for a house is difficult enough, so we appreciated how Patrick was always on time, professional, and very friendly to boot! He answered all our questions and even encouraged us to reach out to him after the inspection if we had additional questions. During the process of house hunting we’ve learned so much about what to look for. This is all because of Patrick willing to share his knowledge.The day after the inspection we received an email containing a detailed report with pictures and explanations outlining issues, problems, and possible solutions.With his help we are now proud owners of a lovely home in Tacoma! Patrick came out w/in a few days of contacting him for an inspection.His thoroughness is impressive as well as his knowledge. He had a lengthy comprehensive report sent to me within a day or so. Also he is friendly and approachable. He encouraged me to ask as many questions as I needed to.I definitely recommend his services.

Patrick was extremely thorough in the inspection of an older home we were thinking of buying. His report was much more detailed and comprehensive than other inspection services we have used in the past. Patrick did a very through job on the inspection on my new home purchase. He was upfront with everything that needed attention, was very detailed in his reporting and was very accommodating in allowing for both myself and my agent to be on site to ask as many questions as possible along the entire process. Patrick spent 2+ hours peeling back all the layers of this new construction and made me feel every comfortable that I was going into this purchase with this up most understanding of ALL needs moving forward. Patrick with Cross Country Home Inspection was awesome. His attention to detail surpassed any expectations we had. During and after the inspection, he took the time to explain to us not only areas of concern or needed repair but also noted areas that looked great. The items he pointed out gave us some insight of what to expect or look out for in the future. He even reached out to us after the inspection to make sure there were no further questions! I would and already have recommended Patrick and will definitely do business with him again in the future.

Patrick is the best of the best. We used him twice during our buying process. The first - he showed us too many hidden issues with the house for my liking that we walked away from our offer. The second he was just as thorough - this time with better findings. Great communication, on time, fair pricing, very personable and took his detail, from the top and to under the houses to uncover everything. His report is very detailed with photos. Highly recommend!!
