Excellent service, terrific prices, trustworthy and so friendly. Ordered tires went for our appointment and was told we really didn't need to buy tires yet we could still get plenty of use out of what we had, cleaned our tires and then didn't want to charge us anything for his time. Where would you ever get that kind of service anywhere. It's the only place we will ever go for tires.

Expert in tires and a real helpful guyWe burst our car tire in 401 and was stuck on the highway for almost 1.5 hours and called all tire shops in the nearby area through google maps . None of them had mobile repair facility and it was same with Mr Jim , but he was ready to help us out by giving directions towards what to do . He helped us identify the right tire size and he searched his old stock and was able to find a good second hand tire which we can use . He couldn’t come to our place, so he asked us to somehow get the vehicle to his repair station .We arranged a tow trek and told Mr. Jim that we will take the vehicle to his shop . He waited patiently for us for close to 2 hours and when we arrived at hi shop , he immediately changed the burst tire from his stock and he even explained us what could be the reason and how can we avoid that in the future . He completed the entire process in less than 10 minutes and then comes the shocking part . He dint charge us! He said he was giving a helping hand and was not ready to take any money from us.A big salute to Mr Jim for patiently waiting for us and helping us when it really mattered and doing it as service at free of cost . This was the first good thing happened to us during a day with lots of bad moments including 2 missed appointments, tire burst , missed breakfast and lunch and being in road for almost 8 hours .Thanks Jim for being a humble and helpful human being apart from being a real expert in ur field .

This is Not a showroom. It is Not a big fancy overpriced business with big displays and eye candy. If you need tires, good work at a reasonable rate this is your place. I had a flat and tried to deal with another large local tire shop. I got screwed around and was going to get overcharged. I then went to Wardsville. He looked nthe tire over and gave me a great deal on a replacement and did great work pretty fast. This is the only tire place I will be going to from now on!

Amazing customer service after we were stuck at the side of the road with a flat tire on our 5th wheel camping trailer! We put the spare on and when we got to the garage we were helped almost immediately with 2 new tires and above and beyond great service checking the other tires and staying past closing for us! Been meaning to share this a while just thought about it now.I was travelling through that area early on a Saturday morning in April 2021(It's February 2023 now) to pick up a piece of equipment we had bought near Wardsville and I blew a tire on the trailer near Glencoe. A local fellow stopped by and he took me back to his personal shop and we removed the blown tire and rim (have dual tires on each axle so I could run with 1 tire for a while) and he told me to go see Jim in Wardsville. I'm from 2 hours away from home at this point so I happily obliged and a few minutes later I found myself at Wardsville Tire. I honestly felt bad for interrupting Jim cause he was so busy switching his regular customer's winter tires. However because his next person was a little late arriving he was able to find me a used tire he had in stock and put it on my rim and in the meanwhile I was able to borrow some tools to put the tire on myself to help him out. When I was ready to leave I asked Jim what I owed him and he insisted nothing. I was touched by that and will certainly never forget that.
