Home Entertainment Centre (1984) Ltd

Phoned Shaw direct for realigning the TV dish and we received an appointment for August 10, 2021 with Home Entertainment Centre in Altona between 10:00 and 2:00pm. Paul the tech called us at 09:59am telling us that he would not be able to make this time but would be here shortly after 3:00pm. My husband gave him the direction how to get here and Paul the tech said he new exactly where we were therefore my husband cancelled his appointment that afternoon to wait for Paul the tech who never showed up and never called to say so. This morning thinking that we would be first on his list my husband called him again and Paul the tech said that he would try but he already had 3 calls on his list. We are now afternoon and no Paul the tech. I message the service centre at Shaw Direct who appends to be in the Caribbean and the only thing they can do is give me another appointment because Paul the tech closed the ticket yesterday.#ShawDirect
