DrainTech Plumbing Kitchener

I had DrainTech replace my kitchen sink with a larger sink, install a new faucet and new drain plumbing. They were able to enlarge the sink cut out in my laminate counters and complete the install.Very friendly customer service person when I called. She called the day of to let me know when they tech was to arrive. Tech arrived on time. Two guys came, they did the job, cleaned up and showed me the work along the way.Price seemed reasonable.I'd recommended them and would use them again if I need any more work.

I had my old sewer lateral lined by Draintech as the old cast iron and clay pipes were blocked by roots. Draintech did the job in one day for the quoted price. They completed the job faster, cheaper, and less invasively than what a competitor had quoted.The competitor said that they would have to dig 2 holes, destroy part of my interlock driveway, and undermine my foundation to complete the job.  Draintech dug one small hole in my foundation and patched it up perfectly when finished. Draintech did not need to undermine anything.Mark and the crew were friendly and explained everything honestly. Would recommend.

I called Drain Tech Plumbing because my sink was clogged, the girl on the phone was very friendly and was able to get a technician out the same day. The technician was on time, professional and got my drain working right away. Great price and excellent service. Hopefully won't need to, however will use again if ever any plumbing issues in the future. Highly recommend.

Called on Sunday regarding a leak and spoke with Lauren who booked in an appointment the following day (today) with a tech due to show up around 1:30 - 3 and showed up perfectly on time and completed a great job! Will definitely use again if any concerns arise or completing any plumbing job!

We live in a 60 year old house. The drain is old and all clogged up. We came to know about Drain Tech plumbing and their good work. one of our friends suggested about Dean Marks from Drain Tech and he is outstanding he figured out the problem quickly and was able to provide few suggestions both short term and long term. I needed the old, corroded and seized water shutoff in a house replaced.My plumber referred me to Draintech because of their expertise with difficult and tricky repairs.Loren at Draintech immediately sent Omar to troubleshoot and 2 days later the repair was scheduled.Unfortunately before they arrived, a damaging bathroom leak was also detected. They were able to repair the shutoff and the additional leaking pipe in record time.Eric, Omar and Loren were courteous, knowledgeable and efficient and delightfully on time….Bonus!!Great team and well worth the few extra dollars. I called DrainTech on a Saturday afternoon for a clogged sink drain. They were at my home to fix the issue so quickly and we’re very professional and listened to any concerns I had. They went above and beyond to fix the issue and get my sink up and running again. I highly recommend DrainTech for any plumbing issues you have! I wold definitely use DrainTech again!

Eric was terrific. Called just after noon and Eric arrived around 1:30. Our main drain pipe was clogged for our entire house. He unclogged the system and was done within and hour. Prompt and efficient service for $299. I highly recommend them and will use them again.

My ceiling had a pool in it and was leaking into the light fixture. I emailed around 7am because I didn’t want to pay the emergency cost. I got an email back around 8am that they had an open slot at 9am. Eric from drain tech showed up right at 9 and identified the problem for the initial cost of $299. He then told me how much the repair would cost. He cut a hole in the ceiling and began the repair, I also mentioned a dripping copper pipe in the basement that he also repaired. In the end for the basement pipe and washroom pipe to be fixed it cost $675 and was done within 2 hours. Eric’s co worker cleaned up the mess and they were gone. He was very professional and did a great job. All issues were resolved. Thanks!
