I had a negative experience with PC insurance and was extremely disappointed with the level of service provided.My auto insurance policy was cancelled due to an inaccurate account number provided by an agent. Despite reaching out to the agent before the cancellation, I received no response until the day of cancellation. The lack of communication and unresponsiveness from the agent and the company was unacceptable and one of the worst customer service experiences I have ever encountered. Based on this experience, I would not recommend PC insurance to anyone and believe that their level of service and professionalism was lacking.Updated,After I filled a complaint to RIBO and provided them evidence the information that was provided to me by PC agent, yesterday I got an email from PC supervisor admitted that the account number information that was incorrect, they are willing to reinstate my auto insurance without having me to pay for missed months.

Spoke to Donia today and I found her extremely helpful in my time of need. I needed some information and she went above and beyond and spent quite a bit of time going over everything I needed answered. After 13 years (!!!) with another home and auto insurance provider, I finally decided to take the time to shop around, and PC Insurance was the winner. I live in the country and many providers won’t insure old farmhouses and outbuildings. My broker, Raees Ahmed, was knowledgeable, patient, and efficient. He found me coverage that was superior to what I had for much lower premiums on both policies. Time will tell whether this will continue, but for now I’m very satisfied with the service and experience.

First off, I wanted to say that our Sales Representative J. Jenner was amazing! We are moving to a new province and she has made us feel at ease with purchasing home and auto insurance with PC Insurance. She not only did her due diligence in finding out certain requirements pertaining to this province but also let us know which was the best provider and rate.
