I have been buying tickets from Kingsley for a number of years, and have referred my friends and colleagues to him as well. His customer service is extraordinary and he goes out of his way to exceed expectations . Most recently I requested a ticket and placed some very high demands on where I wanted to sit for a highly sought out sold out show. Kingsley came through with flying colours and was able to get me a ticket —- I was so very happy and impressed. I’ve always found the service to be timely, ethical and honest. I will continue to bring my business and send people here!

Vancouver Ticket seems to be out of business! Took my money and ran. I sent Kingsley $400 as a deposit to get me Rolling Stones tickets. He never bought any tickets, the concert was cancelled, and he won't return my money. Gone. Gone. Gone.

kingsley.. with my sons first canucks game and having to buy resale tickets we were hesisitate . when we walked in we told you our budget you told us wait 5 minutes i.ll make some calls so we did.. you made The calls and you made good on your word unbeilivable seats. I've been frequenting Vancouver Ticket Service for many, many years and have built up an excellent relationship with the people there. Whether I'm buying tickets for myself or actors or producers in town filming, he always comes up with the best tickets for any show I throw at him; sometimes with some pretty hefty demands attached (like night of the show, backstage passes, way out of town).I keep coming back and Vancouver Tickets and haven't been disappointed yet.

Got tickets to Canucks-Wild Oct 29/18 game. First time I got tickets from Kingsley at Vancouver Ticket back in late September. He was very helpful and went above and beyond to get me aisle seats. Last night, when I got to my seats, I got perfect view in Upper Bowl. Great sightlines, as there were no rails in the way. Could see the game perfectly. Got my money's worth for tickets and memorable night at Rogers Arena. Fun game to watch as Elias Petterson scored 2 goals. If anybody is looking to get tickets to a Canuck game or a concert in the future, I will recommend them to you. Kingsley, everything worked out perfectly. Thank you for all your help.

The owner Kingsley sold me 3 x Canucks tickets in March 2020. NHL season has been canceled. According to the company refund policy Vancouver Ticket & Tour Service Ltd. has supposed to refund me which he didn't. He has never answered to my emails and my phone calls therefore the customer service is nothingness. This reseller is a scam and I can not recommend it.

I paid $195 for a $73 ticket, it is fine. but when we went to check-in at the gate, we were told the seat had been taken by someone else and I was scammed! it was a birthday present for my sick son and we came all the way down from Prince George, They already charged me a month ago! when I called in I was told that once the ticket leaves them its up to me. so I am hooped and scammed :( Kingsley Bailey the owner told me many rude comments to me and even threatened me and my son when I called to ask for a refund repeatedly!

He was a pleasure to work with and a life saver as we needed 5 tickets for the Canucks v Oilers game. Not only did he have the tickets he saved us several hundred dollars. Would definitely recommend.
