The guy has a very sweet talking .he is not a honest man. He tells you I won't let you go out of my shop unhappy but he is a big lier.DO NOT SHOP thier. He charges you more that other jewelry store. And his products are garbage. I won't shop thier ever again. I made a huge mistake by going to his shop.

It was a worse customer service for ever !!! I got the set from him almost they charged me double I asked them to do refund but he said he gonna pay me back half of my money !!!!its rubbery middle of the day !!!!!! I'm suggesting every one don't go never ever there ,if was the worse experience i had it with them!!!!

I went there to sell some golden jewels. Staff were polite and friendly, however, they offered me much lower than other jewelry stores. Another store was purchasing gold $46/g, but Tirajeh offered $42/g.I found it unfair and unacceptable, and they lost my trust in them.

The best customer service, The Owner is so polite and professional , they change my wristband 2 times , same product no charge with the best manner .Their customers are Number 1 for themThis is exceptional management and Service ..i used to go to Swarovski most of the time , not anymore ..This will be my shop for life .
