Nafisa is such a sweetheart. She helped me choosing right fit for my shirt and pant. She is very helpful. This was the best experience i had at any clothing store. Guildford Reitzman is very lucky to have employee like her. Her dedication and helping nature encourage me to shop at this location again. 10 stars for Nafisa. ⭐️❤️

I was in the mall shopping and I asked my wife if she needed anything while I was there. She said she needed some new pajamas (long shirts) so I walked into Reitmans. I was greeted by a friendly young lady, I believe her name was Abi(?) and she directed me to the right section and then let me know to head over to the register when I was done. Which I did, found two nice shirts which the wife loves, and the same lady rang me up. Great experience and pricing pretty decent too. Thanks Reitmans GTC for the easy and pleasant shopping experience!

It's very nice to know that store you like got rid of plastic bags. But it's extremely shameful that you have to pay for their store branded paper bags. You go there buy clothing worth 100s of dollars and they charge 25 cents for their own freaking store branded bags.Actually, thank you. This cheapness of you charging me 25 cents for your branded bags is helping me save money by not shopping at your store anymore.

I went to shop at Guildford location today. While standing in the line up to pay for clothes, there was customer returning the items at the register and it was taking longer. Store was not busy. There were 2 more customers standing in the lineup. I waited for 15 minutes. Another staff member was just there at front slowly putting clothes away, who completely ignored the customers waiting in the line FOR SO LONG. I couldn’t buy the clothing items and left the store since I had to get back to work. Very disappointed with customer service. Dec 29/2021 at 1:45 pm.

This morning I visited the location right when the store opened. I wasn’t sure of what I want to get for my girlfriend but the person at the store I guess her name was Mehak was really very helpful. She was the only one working. The store wasn’t that busy but had some people who needed to be looked after. She was really efficient in helping me not only select a sweater but also help other people as well. I just felt like writing about it since such people need to be appreciated.

Did a large online return and was dreading it. I have found at other Reitman's locations that the staff have been less than friendly with returns and sometimes even rude or impatient. I wish I'd caught the names of the two ladies on the cash on March 25 between 2:30 and 3. So helpful and friendly and very sweet. The return was a snap and they made some suggestions of items in the store that might work better for me. Nice to see staff who genuinely want to make your shopping a positive experience! I'll be back.

I went to this location today at 2 pm. The lady was so rude. I came in for a return and she was so disrespectful towards me. I’m shopping from Reitmans since last 3 years. All my shopping is from here. Even I have worked at Reitmans myself. Never gave or received such a disgusting customer service. Charlotte teach the old lady some customer service skills. I’m so annoyed and angry with service, seriously never gonna came back to Reitmans. I was just here for a return jeans which I brought 2 weeks ago and charlotte was the cashier. I lost my receipt but had online receipt but that ill-mannered lady refused for the return. I was highly dissatisfied with the fabric of the jeans and hence it was so uncomfortable for me. So how can I keep it. If I’m not comfortable wearing it. Is this what your Company’s objective is disrespecting customers and not understanding their problem. Highly disappointed. When I brought the jeans it did not have a tag and manager put a tag for me so I believe it was a customer return and without ‘tag’ which you sold and for me you guys are biased. This is really disgusting. I hope for a fair answer from the manger. And some training for the lady’s customer service skills. Hope to get a reply soon.

For a company that states, and I quote diversity & inclusivity are part of our DNA" after my experience in this store I feel extremely excluded. I had come to this store to buy dress pants after hearing they make their styles in long/regular/petite. After looking around myself and finding nothing in my size I asked an associate for help in case I was missing some areas with more options. She showed me everything and still no luck. This is when she proceeded to tell me that maybe I can come back after I eat some more to fit a bigger more popular size. I left extremely uncomfortable and insecure. It bothered me enough I wrote to customer service about my experience and received an email stating the regional manager would be in contact with me.. 11 days later with zero response. Called customer service

First time in the mall to shop since the virus appeared. Summer is coming and I need something new. Appreciated the way the store is laid out with arrows pointing the way to walk. Staff are friendly and were careful to explain the procedure for using the fitting rooms. Each room is sanatized after each use and they did say not to touch the mirrors as they are not wiped after each room is used.Easy instructions made the experience a pleasant one.

Waited 20 mins in line to exchange an item that had a rip in it. Was trying to exchange for the exact same item. Was told I needed to first return the item I didn't want and repurchase the new one which us very inefficient to begin with. Then after a 5 min return transaction was advised that the same item is now $4 more. Logic and efficiency was lacking, as was customer service. Will shop elsewhere.
