Service was good.Phone worked only sometimes. Was unable to make an important call despite several attempts and having an open sky. Did not do what it was supposed to do.

This company does not offer suspensions of prepaid services or monthly plans. So once you are on a monthly plan with them you are stuck for life until you cancel which they don't make easy to do, you can only do it by email, there is no option to cancel online. Once you cancel, you need a new SIM Card sent to you plus pay a bunch of reactivation fees. I will never do business with them again.

A sketchy outfit. Order a monthly plan SIM card and they charge you from the time the order is placed. So if, as in our case, the SIM card takes 10 days to cross the country courtesy of Canada Post, your first month is 1/3 gone. This is at minimum highly unethical, and possibly illegal. Not impressed.

Super sleazy company. The company would not sell us an iridiumGo device unless we also purchased satellite service plan with them (we already had an existing plan). We ended going with a different vendor.

Rented a satellite phone with their online reservation system. The phone kit was at my door within 48hrs, with easy to read instructions, care and use manual. A very reasonable price, would highly recommend

I used the Roadpost service last year, and it was a great customer experience. Shipping labels to ship back were convenient, and all-in-all they did a very good job communicating and relaying all the relevant info. Will definitely be renting again this year.
