Idk about the other employees there, but you have one very rude woman working there today. With only two customers in the store but several employees walking in and out stocking the place, she sat behind the counter doing nothing. After spending some time looking at the furniture, i was approached by the lazy one asking me in a very rude tone if im here to buy anything and when i told her im looking for something specific, she told me browsing was not allowed. THAT just turned me off from this place. Have some better salesmenship on the floor. Get rid of her. Don't take your having a bad day and bad attitude out on customers. Headquarters wont be happy.

Fantastic service from all staff. I been a regular customer with them, they have gone over and beyond with their service. They treat you like a somebody, not a statistic. They all should be proud of the way they do their business. Other businesses should take notes, on how to do things right. As well with a smile and sincere thank you.

They sell broken and damaged items.We had a washer & dryer from this store. The washer was making a great amount of noise (sounded like a helicopter) and shaking for a machine that was supposed to be new". Two guys from the store came to my house and claimed that amount of noise was normal. After a couple of months

I have been a easyhome customer for a few years now and have bought out multiple items throughout the years and continue to return for new toys and items. The customer service of Ronnie and his employees gives me a welcome atmosphere and they're always available to answer any questions or help me better find what i'm looking for. Their delivery team is always extra cautious when delivering furniture and take all necessary pandemic precautions when entering my home. The same precautions they integrated at their store regarding the pandemic made it easy for me to feel safe going in to pay my bill and to see if there's any new products that may catch my eye. Definitely recommend going here! I haven't had any issues with their products and have had nothing but pleasant exchanges with the employees there. Just have to remember it's a pandemic and that i can't touch everything or sit everwhere lol.

Have never had any problems, I've always paid my bills!I've never had any harassing so I don't know what other people are talking about?Maybe pay your bills and that kind of stuff won't happen!Ronnie and all of his staff are great, friendly and helpful people, and will always work with you given the situation!!!!!

They were very friendly very accommodating went above and beyond for me i will definitely have more business with easy home love them plus my couch set was amazing better than i expected. i just want to add since posting my review i have since then paid off my couch set and have gotten 3 bedroom sets and my kids and i are loving it great qulity worth the price monthly. easy home have helped me to get my house in order the staff is super friendly and to be honest they take really good care of me there super kind and mindfull of the products they present to me i love easy home and would recomend to anyone

I’m glad to have met Ronnie when one of the managers from another store said no to delivery Ronnie said yes the same day. I’ll be definitely going back for more things soon. Thank you again. Loving the tv

Wonderful staff, great atmosphere! If I ever run into trouble with a payment the manager/front desk staff are always willing to try & work out a plan with me; The truck drivers/delivery men are always respectful of my home & always make sure that they're on time.Wonderful store!

I’ve been a customer at easy home for over 15 years,Randy Robertson and the staff have been kind ,understanding and compassionate with everything I’ve been going through in life.Anytime I needed something they were just a phone call away with no hesitation. just FYI if you actually paid your bills and your monthly balance without complaining , and if you are having problems call them and communicate that with them instead of avoiding them you will also find it at easy-going company.It doesn’t matter if you think the interest per month is too much you knew that signing up to it.Thank you so much to the staff and Randy at the newmarket location you guys have been amazing with me for the last 15 years cheers.

Easy home are well known for their products being used they claim its new but its not. I've seen a sofa set used going for 25$ a week for 3 years and the sofa set was stained by what look like javex.There's a Facebook page called easy home scam who are there to warm people away from that company Check em out
