We stayed at this hotel for a hockey tournament and everyone in our group of 40 were pleased with the service. Rooms were comfortable, very clean and the hotel is well maintained. We were offered a hospitality suite for our group at no extra charge, when most hotels typically charge +$500 to reserve them. The food in the restaurant was good. We enjoyed the pool and outdoor patio area! Would return with a team anytime!

Good location for my business trip. Nice hotel and very nice by staff. Room was clean and comfortable. The only issue I had was the keurig coffee machine needed to be cleaned out better. Also TV channel selection was very limited.

Beautiful and clean hotel. 2 individuals I'd like to recognize is Tine (bartender) and John (breakfast room.) Tina had a smile on her face as soon as we walked in. Her customers service skill are amazing. John was also great, he's a undercover comedian and loves what he does. My wife and I will definitely stay there again.

Very nice, bright hotel with good service but the room wasn't vacuumed upon arrival. Also, the pool deck is VERY slippery so not ideal for young children.

Had a late check in (which we called to advise them in advance) was very surprised to see that the doors were locked and there was a security guard there to let us in. As this is not a dangerous part of town. Continuing to check in- it was smooth. Got to the room, everything was fine. the only thing I can complain about was that after check out I thought I had forgotten my passport in the room, I called and called - was transferred to different people's voicemails. and NO ONE got back to me. This was a very serious situation, and it seemed like NO ONE there cared enough to help.

We stayed here Saturday January 28th for a quick family getaway. The pros: the pool and hot tub were clean, we were the only ones there so it was nice to have it to ourselves. The market in the lobby is cute and has the essentials. The cons - when i checked in with my 12 year old who needed to use the bathroom beside me, the receptionist was on the phone with another staff member discussing scheduling issues for ten minutes without acknowledging us - not even a hi. Finally I asked if we could check in as we were pressed for time - i was told to just give her a minute". We found it incredibly rude and unprofessional

Stayed along the highway and I try to use Hilton hotels as much as I can.The hotel is clean and bright. Rooms are clean and have all amenities.Restaurant lacks service. Restaurant manager needs more training as he hovers over guests too much and argues with bar staff in front of guests.Unprofessional, rude and intrusive.Will not return at this location.

The check in was so easy and the lady at the front desk was so friendly. Everything was very efficient. The room was clean. The area was safe. The manager is very kind. Pet friendly hotel so I could bring my boys. Will return!

I stayed for 5 days and upon check-in, I was asked whether I'd like daily housekeeping. I said yes and gave them the best time. Within the 5 days, my room has only been cleaned once.Despite requesting multiple times, they only were kind enough to supply us with towels and a couple of things in toiletries. We had some trouble with their dryer as well, and upon asking, they let me know 2 hours later they can compensate me for the dryer while my clothes stay sitting - damp.The final day before check out, I asked them about housekeeping as I was told I was scheduled" for it. The reception told me we had denied it when we did not! Later

Beautiful hotel for the price very clean staff was nice. The food was not great. Just go get a few nice muffins and some coffee and you're done. The intention is good but at the same time bagged and frozen processed food that doesn’t even taste like food just ruins the rest of the experience. I recommend to the hotel instead of the 6 people heating stuff in the microwave get one guy who can fry fresh eggs and potatoes and serve them hot to clients. way better then eating plastic food.
