The waitress Mai is very rude. Gave her 4 chances. Three too many. She definitely should NOT be in hospitality! We won’t be back. The pub is run down very old. Foods ok. Greasy fish and shrimp.

This was the dirtiest motel I’ve ever stayed at. Stains on the carpet, stains on the sheets, room smelled like an ash tray, and the secondary lock on the door was missing. I was required by law to take 8 hours off duty from driving truck, but as soon as that time was up I left ( not even midnight). Worst part was that the room rates weren’t even a bargain. I will never be back and will avoid it at all cost.

One of the only restaurants open on a Sunday and we had a great experience. I had the turkey club with fries and gravy, it was very good. Food was cooked perfectly and drinks were fast. Service was nice too, the waitress was very friendly. I'd recommend this spot to try!

This room had not been cleaned, the bed was changed and the towels, but the bathroom was dirty, and dead bugs on the floor, throughout.

Bingo night is a hoot. Secretly has great Indian food. Did not stay in the rooms, just the pub.

Excellent food all round! Server was a bit frazzled but soon as she realized we weren't in a hurry she relaxed and became quite friendly and interactive!!

Poor waitress, they were obviously short staffed so we didn't get the service we are accustomed to, but not even a smile, no conversation or an offer to refill our drinks. Food is not the best quality...fries were undercooked, chicken fingers are flat, uniform pieces of pressed white colored substance, however; the chicken WINGS were served hot and crispy and were quite delicious. Sad to say we won't be back.

Met here to eat with family as a meeting place between Vernon and Salmon Arm. Service was great even though she was the only one working. She was a bit short at first but was busy and alone. She was very quick and made sure we had everything. The food was very good and good sized portions. The kids meal was basically a full size burger and was really appreciated. The fish and chips were excellent. The chicken fingers were fantastic and the next door burger was big with bacon and onion rings and was thoroughly enjoyed. Would definitely go back here.

Stayed there in January, atrocious,no electricity in our room, key didn’t work, smell of Cigarette, no toilet paper,switched 2 different rooms, waitresses understaffed, and over worked,lousy service in bar,. Talked to owner Gurnan arrogant, bad attitude, made excuses, not willing to compensate us as a bad experience.Advertizing states it affiliated as Howard Jonson property, far from the truth,owner said”We use to be”I would never recommend this place to my fellow travellers.
