No walk in service anymore, we just spent 17,000 with them in the last month but I can’t talk to a real person face to face and get one part.

called for pricing and availability of parts was told would get back within the day, gave my email.the following week (5 days later) called back to get an updated status and no one had any idea what i was referring to. started the process again, was told would probably have pricing within the day.called back a few days later to get an updated status because it was now 8 days from time of first contact.when I called, I informed them of the situation and was told the same thing that they didnt know what I was referring to. Started the situation again and gave my email. at this point the customer service representative was extremely rude and when I tried asking a few more questions the phone was hung up before the conversation could continue. It is important to not that I had already given my email the previous two times of contact and never heard back or a response.very disappointed with the customer service I was given during this ordeal with Motion Canada.
