I recently made an appointment at Serenity. My first impressions of the salon was a good vibe. All the staff are genuinely friendly. There are no fake smiles or fake interest. My stylist that day was Rachel. What a talented person. My color is amazing, and received many compliments. I highly recommend Rachel and would definitely book her again.

Going to Serenity was my first time going to get a haircut outside of my country, it my not seem like a big deal but it turns out when you sit down on the chair and the barber asks what do you want to do with you hair, it becomes tedious to explain it. However going to serenity was a very good experience, Darius gave my my haircut, but besides giving menpribably the best haircut I've ever had he helped me to choose what I wanted, he also was very friendly and made me feel comfortable even though my main language is Spanish and his is English. Besides that I got many compliments for my hair cut and it wasn't as expensive as other places. I would 100% recommend visiting Serenity Salon because not only you get a good haircut and meet nice people but it is not expensive as well.

CURLY HAIR BEWARE!!! Do not go to this salon if you have curly hair they DO NOT know what they are doing! Had someone literally brush my hair out into a fro, give it a couple snips and called that a trim". My hair was so damaged. Then I tried to get them to straighten it

I had a hair appt booked for 1pm on Tuesday September 29th. Little over 1 hour before the appt I get a call from the salon asking me if I can come in for 12:30. Understanding that things happen I rush my schedule and agree to the 12:30 spot. Upon arrival at 12:24 the salon phoned me telling me I am late. I state we agreed on 12:30 when I had a 1pm appt. they said that I was supposed to be here at12 and argued with me saying there's nothing that they can do. I asked for a reschedule and they had zero openings for the next week when I already pre booked this appt a month in advance. Very unprofessional spokesmen on the phone and very unorganized business.

The service is very good. The staff knows what they are doing and they are really very talented. And they certainly take very good care of our health and safety. Anyone reading this and thinking of going there, should definitely try it out!

I booked for a manicure with my sister and felt very relaxed and comfortable. the girls were very friendly and kind girls we really enjoyed our relaxation the cleanliness and the treatment. I would recommend. Great staff and service

My first makeup trial was nice but it wasn’t me so when I went to my wedding day makeup I was hopeful Kendrina would channel my vision. She did and I felt so beautiful on my special day.Anna did my hair and I was so happy with it. I had a more flexible view of my hair and she pulled it off.Thank you!
