Very rude. I called for information regarding a friend. The woman I spoke with was very short with me, wouldn't let me get a word in edge wise and when I went to correct her - she very aggressively said do you want me to speak?!"I let her finish her speech and told her that*I* was looking for ways to deal with others addictions.She put me on hold
