The review was very detailed, complete with photos showing any faults however minor they may be. Great information to help make a buying decision. Adam communicated very well in language we could understand. Well worth the cost for peace of mind. I would definitely recommend them.

Very thorough inspection. Adam was very professional and provided us with the details we needed to avoid a house with high potential for liability. Chris was awesome to deal with and the report was easy to go through and a full summary of what was discussed. All-in all, money well spent - great company.

Our offer was accepted on Thursday and Barry from Skyview did our inspection at 8 am the following morning. We were only in town for a few days and really appreciated that they were able to accommodate us so quickly. Barry was very professional and extremely knowledgeable. He gave us important information about the house and advice for future issues. I highly recommend using Skyview for your home inspection.

We had a fantastic experience with Skyview Inspection, and felt really confident knowing what issues we'd be facing with our new (old) cabin. CAUTION!!! Wouldn't recommend these guys. Had a inspection done just over 5 years ago. He didn't make sure the tennant was out of the house before starting. He also started way earlier than scheduled when I wasn't present like I requested. This resulted in a incomplete home inspection, there were no moisture tests done in the bathroom. There are Many things that were not noted in the report or noted as minor that are becoming major issues. It was also a hassle to get a printed copy of the inspection I payed for. I wouldn't recommend these guys at all. It has become very apparent to me that they are not inspecting homes properly
