Was served by a young women named Kathy on May 21st, 2021. She did not know what she was doing (Not in training as I've seen her before a while back).Very unprofessional, making mistakes left and right and made me walk to the Dalhousie location in 32C degrees heat because she could not figure out the computer.

Melissa at this location always makes it a delight to get the difficult and complicated western union transactions. She’s always goes above and beyond to help make the transactions go through or even stays after work hours to make sure things are done. Always a pleasure to see her and look forward to seeing her !
