I first met the associate 'Parla' at the New Westminster location. She was always helpful and knowledgeable. When she transferred to Market Crossing, I go out of my way to continue to get her assistance. She may not know all the answers, but she will get back to you with them and she is extremely personable and helpful.

I had a very unfriendly and disappointing experience dealing with their staff at this location. He didn't even bother to explain my coverage and was hesitant to answer my insurance related questions. I wouldn't recommend this location.

I went in to cancel my car insurance. The agent was very patient and helpful. She helped answer my questions about storage insurance as well and looked into how I would be refunded.

Anthony was patient and professional. Explained everything in great detail and didn't pressure me to buy any additional coverages. Highly recommend.

If possible to give zero stars I would, Lady that served me was rude argumentative and questioned my age and was very disrespectful.

The only reason I am giving this 5 stars is because a lady named “Parla”. She is extremely helpful and accommodating. I have been visiting this location many times and every time I came across her, she has done all my needed work without any difficulties.

Drove out twice to try and buy insurance, but there wasn't anyone working there during their hours of operation. Came by at 10 am and was told that the insurance person hadn't come in yet. Came back at 8:30 pm and was told that they had already left...

Farnan guy at this location pretty much useless. He maybe suffering from some serious personality glitches. This guy should simply be disqualified from talking to any customer. Ignore going to this place for insurance if the lady rep is not working. Their lady rep Carla is a true champion in doing her job right, her customer service is simply top notch. The manager guy is waste of time.

Beware - they will say things to get your business and deny it after the fact. Note: there is an insurance agency in the same complex - I would strongly recommend you go there instead.I went to do a transfer of ownership and change of insurance at this location and it was rife with problems. First, they put the wrong name as the owner after the transfer, resulting in me having to cancel the insurance and get it reissued which took a total of an hour to do. I asked if they had tools to remove my old license plate - and the lady working there had no idea where the tools were. She told me to just return to any autoplan agency" with the plates and they would be cancelled no problem. When I returned today to get the insurance cancelled
