Apparently police calls make them cancel your call and I’ve been waiting 4 hours. New company is now dispatched and I have to wait again. Company told me they have to do a police call then they will arrive in 45 minutes. They canceled the call now I won’t have my company van for a couple days. If you own a company don’t use this service.

Have been there at two occasion. Didn't had the same greeting of both. Maybe he started a bad day. But the wasn't my fault. And any question on the phone wasnt complete. 1- do I need paper ect. When u get there I had to go back get some papers then the police station. Then go at Tin Tin remorquage.? Anyway second time had a great greeting. And from the phone call to the desk had a good professional way of service.

I ran away for the weekend and my friend who drove me there crashed his car, the staff here were pleasant spoke English because we were in Gatineau Quebec, this establishment was super clean for a wreckers which surprised me, the place was well organized, we still hafta get the car removed so we will have another interaction, so I give this place a 4 for now just until I'm done dealing with them ...but in the meantime I recommend""

Called at 9PM on a Sunday night to pick up my car on the side of Highway 50. Driver arrived within 10-15 minutes. He was professional, courteous and friendly. I was very appreciative of their assistance and the fact that the driver actually seemed interested and to care about my car troubles. Thank you!

My 79 yr old father got a flat and they got to him right away and towed his car to the garage if his choice. It was late and the two druck driver waited until I arrived to pick him up! Excellent service

Very polite and helpful guy, I'm probably the only dumd*ss that need a towing to leave a flipping carwash lol. At least, he wasn'tt as rude as the owner of the carwash ''Grandprix'' that did not even apologize for giving my car a flat tire. Anyways, Thank you guys for helping out. :)
